T.J. Maxx — Local services in Doral

We went there to buy some stuff for our home, we found a little cute artificial plant that unfortunately was broke. I asked to the cashier to see if they have another one or if she can discounted this one. Orlando H, the manager approached us with a very rude attitude, saying there wasn't another one and it couldn't be discounted. This is the second time we visit this location, unfortunately with the worst experience ever. I decided to write this review to let management team know the type of employee that they have. I went to the store to return a set of nightstands that did not meet the expectations listed online. The manager was able to refund me $200 of the $225 that I originally spent. Instead of offering to help me with the huge boxes, he grabbed it off my cart and slammed it on the table behind the registers. I didn’t get his name but he was thin, had black hair and dark glasses and was so extremely unpleasant and had ZERO customer service skills. I wish there was a way to file a complaint against him and his horrible attitude. I’m giving 2 stars because I genuinely love this...

I enjoy shopping here. However, today, I was in pretty early. Even though I was early, the store was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, I have to blame the customers. they pick something up. Look at it and just set it down Wherever. It makes shopping a challenge. However, I do not fault store management. This store HAS the carts they won't let you take to your car. I understand the thieving of carts. It's a problem, but you need to put the cart wheel locks around the edge of the parking lot, not in front of the door to the store. That's...
