07/01/18 I went to this McDonald's and ordered a BigMac meal. When I received my burger the meat patties were overcooked, dry and cold.The French fries were way overcooked and hard. I have been eating at this McDonald's for 30 years now. And they continue to provide a low level of service. The prices at McDonald's are ever-increasing. We spend our hard earned money for substandard food.
05/23/2016 Once again this McDonald's gets my order wrong. I go to this McDonald's every day for breakfast and almost always order the same thing. Paying over seven dollars for breakfast I would expect the least they could do is get my order right.
05/16/2016 This McDonald's continues to have slow service. I went to this McDonald's twice today. Once at 8 AM and once at 3:30 PM. Both times there was a line in the drive-through that reached all the way to the road. No more cars could even fit into the parking lot to get in the line for drive-through.
05/02/2016 I came to this McDonald's a few days ago and waited 20 minutes in line at the drive-through at 8 PM at night. This is unacceptable wait time for so-called fast food. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's is convenient for me to go to.
03/24/2016 I observed what appeared to be the manager of this restaurant filling the cup holders with cups behind the counter. While she was filling the coffee cups she proceeded to drop six of them on the floor. Without thinking twice about this she picked them up and put them in the cup holder to be utilized for the next customer. This is astonishing that a manager who is trained in food safety and hygiene would do something that is such blatantly against hygiene rules. If this is something they do in Plainview in front of everybody I would hate to see what they do one were not looking.
12/03/2015 They got my order wrong again today. They desperately need to fix the screen to verify orders in the drive through.
11/2015 I have been visiting this McDonald's since 1988, 27 years. Lately I find the service to be lacking. They are habitually understaffed with long lines in the drive-through and inside the restaurant. It shouldn't take this long as it does to get in order fulfilled. In the drive-through the display that should be available to verify the order is correct has been broken for two months now. It looks like they never plan on fixing it. I have personally observed a high rate of incorrect orders because of this. Because of their location I would have to drive out of my way to patronize another McDonald's. Read moreI'm a regular at this McDonalds but that is definitely changing after my most recent experience. I placed a mobile order (as I always do). I approached McDonalds around 10:30PM to a long line. I patiently waited for my turn in the drive thru, since the inside was closed. Once I approached the speaker (20 minutes later) and read my mobile order number, they advised they could not find it, to approach the second window. So, I did, after waiting an additional 10 minutes for the line to move. It took 30 minutes in total for me to get from the end of the line to the window. They ask to see my order number and tell me they can't find it, to refresh the app. So, I did. They continue to keep me waiting an additional 3 minutes while they take another order on the speaker. They come back to the window and the manager tells me "If we can't find the order number, your order never came through. You will have to make the line again." I know who this manager is because I come here EVERY SINGLE MORNING to order a iced french vanilla latte. I tell her "I have just waited 30 minutes in line, I will not wait another 30 minutes. You have seen my phone and my mobile order. The mobile order is supposed to be free because it's my rewards points, but I'm willing to pay, it's not a problem." To which she replies, "Have you seen the line I have? You can either make the line again or I can take your order but you will still have to wait on the side until the order is ready." Mind you, there were 3 other cars parked on the side also waiting for their order to be ready. All which looked extremely upset at how long they had been waiting.
I WAS a regular here because I refuse to ever come here again. This is the second time I have an issue at this McDonalds. The first time, I decided to let it go because anyone can have a bad day. But this is the second time I have a similar issue and with the same manager. Horrible service. Horrible manager. No regards for their customers. Read moreI visited on Thur June 13, I ordered a Mc chicken no mayonnaise, 2 guava and cheese pies,large coffee 6 cream 7 sugars and a large coke.the chicken had mayo,the coffee was not sweet at all or not sugar at all and only 1 pie in the bag. I call the rest,I spoke to a manager name osnavy or close to that I never will forget case sounded like oldnavy..she never apologize but she told me to pass by and she will replace my order or my money! Pass the next day and this manager name Jackie was call by the window person taking order! Explain what happened the day before I she told me she only was replacing the chicken and the pie that the coffee I could have put sugar at home and fix it, my mind just explode of what I just heard. I told her lady you need some BMT classes you should do what your other manager promised to do!.. replace the complete order or refund the money. She told me you know how many complaints I get every day? I right away stop her and told her that means you're not doing a very good job doing your job! Then she replied that I should check my order every time I go there to make sure I got it right..can you imagine if every customer check every sandwich and bag at the window..I bet they won't make the time limit at the window!
