I give this particular location which is new a one star because of their customer service. I have never had such a hard time and been given such poor customer service in the Crumbl in Pembroke Pines. I will never order through the app for curbside for the Doral location. I ordered my cookies at 4pm, arrived at the location which is far from my house at 5:00pm. I told the app I had arrived and waited 13 minutes before I called the store. When I called the store, there was a rude employee that answered the phone and I asked her if anyone will be attending the curbside as I haven’t anyone come out for it and I have just been seeing walk in and them being attended. She commented to me that I have only been waiting for 13 minutes and that I needed to wait as the customers inside the store came first. I inquired what type of customer service is that because the walk ins will be happening until they close the store. I guess she expected me to wait till the store was empty for them to start delivering the curbside. I requested to cancel my order and all she said simply said to me with an attitude was ok bye and hung up. I called back and requested the manager’s name (Rebecca) whom wasn’t there and I meant to call her the following day on Monday (Memorial Day) but didn’t get a chance to. Please avoid ordering curbside at this location. The drive to the Pembroke Pines location might be far but their customer service is top notch. I will continue to order from the Pembroke Pines store where they appreciate their customers. The drive is worth...
Read moreMy friend and I wanted some Crumbl Cookies, so the closest one to us was this location. We parked at 3:15 pm. Walked in and went to order, only to find out they were sold out of everything, and it’s only midday. They told us it would be 45 minutes. We waited the 45 minutes. We walk back in at around 4:10 pm, and they told us it would be another 30 minutes because they still did not have any of the cookies. I find this ridiculous. We waited the other 30 minutes, walk back inside, and they only have two cookies available out of the 6. And not even the good ones of the week. My friend and I were watching these employees work, and they were practically not doing anything. There were 5 of them. All the cookie dough was just sitting on the counter and they were barely doing anything. One was cleaning, one was fixing a scooper, one was listening to music, one was preparing the same type of cookie for which seemed like the hour and a half we waited, and one was preparing the orders of the two cookies that people were buying. It was all just insane. This should not be happening. And this is not the only time this has happened. Every single time I come to this location any time after 12, they either don’t have the good cookies of the week, or they don’t have any at all. But when I go to other Crumbl locations, they always have cookies. And those locations have less workers than this location. From now on, I will going to Night Owl Cookies. Please do not waste your time and gas going to this location, it is not worth...
Read moreI placed a curbside order at 12 PM to be picked up at 8 PM for four cookies, expecting everything to be ready on time. When we arrived, we were surprised to see a long line and figured it was just for walk-ins. But after waiting over an hour and a half, barely moving and still third in line, we asked the Crumbl worker what was going on. She pointed to a tiny, almost invisible sign near her that apparently said all orders—including curbside had to wait in line because of how busy it was. Nothing in the app or on the store’s page mentioned this, and it caught multiple customers off guard. At least five other people had the same issue and just canceled their orders. I didn’t, only because the last time I did that, I never got a refund, even after calling, I was told there was nothing they could do. When I finally got to the front, the staff was laughing, moving slowly, and seemed indifferent, despite the massive line and the fact that the store was closing in less than an hour. To top it all off, the cookies I waited hours for were a letdown. They barely had any frosting and looked rushed. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. What was supposed to be a simple 8 PM curbside pickup turned into us finally leaving just before 11:30 PM. If Crumbl requires curbside customers to join the line during busy times, it needs to be clearly communicated through the app, not hidden in a small sign. The poor customer service and lack of urgency from staff only made it worse. Definitely not...
