I was at Soi Thai Street Food and believe me, it is the best, most beautiful Thai food you will ever see. But the dishes we got? TOTAL. CLASSICS. The chef here is a genius! A true talent! • THE THAI SEASONED CHICKEN WINGS ($10): Incredible! The best wings. Crispy and seasoned perfectly. This is how you start a meal. A TREMENDOUS appetizer. People are saying these are the best wings they’ve ever had. Believe me! • THE BEEF YELLOW FRIED RICE ($22): Look at that color! It’s beautiful. This fried rice is so flavorful, the beef is excellent, and it's a huge portion. It’s better than the fried rice you get anywhere else. Nobody else does it like this. This is TREMENDOUSLY GOOD food! • MASSAMAN CURRY ($11): This is a powerful, complex curry. Rich, creamy, coconut milk, potatoes—it’s got everything. It’s strong, it’s potent, and it has the best flavor. This curry is going to make you very, very happy. It's a TREMENDOUS dish. • THE MANGO STICKY RICE ($8): So good. The mango is the most beautiful mango, and the rice is sticky and sweet. It’s perfect, it’s beautiful, it’s THE BEST DESSERT. A TREMENDOUS finish! 💵 THE PRICE & THE DEAL The prices? Very, very fair. It's a TREMENDOUS value. It’s a great deal for the people. You get so much food, and it's the highest quality. We’re talking about QUALITY, the highest quality! Other places, you pay more for less. I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Crispy Pad Thai was perfectly cooked, with a nice balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors, fried dumplings added a wonderful crunchy texture that complemented the meal beautifully. Tom Yum Shrimp was equally impressive rich, fragrant, and spicy with just the right amount of sourness, and the shrimp were fresh and juicy. Crab Fried Rice was another highlight fragrant, flavorful, and generously filled with tender crab meat that made every bite satisfying. On top of that, the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What a fantastic new Thai spot in the middle of Dade County! I had heard about Soi in passing one day and figured I’d try it out. Now, all I regret is not coming sooner. A truly authentic atmosphere with vibrant colors and an amazing mural wall, if you didn’t know any better, you’d think you were in the middle of Bangkok. The appetizers and small plates have a true Thai street food feel to them. And the main dishes?! Amazing!!! We had the Pad See Eew and the Pad Thai. Both incredible and authentic.
