Panda Express — Restaurant in Doral

Worst Panda Express I have ever been to by leaps and bounds.

After waiting in line, we waited at the counter as they were making our food for 25 minutes. No one spoke English except one lady, and we had to repeat ourselves 6 times. The entire Friday night shift had no idea what they were doing. Clear lack of management. There was a fire in the kitchen briefly.

After paying, without our food, We had to wait another ten minutes to get change, and the staff let four people skip ahead and get their food while forgetting us.

Once we finally fought for and received our change, they only gave us half of our food, apparently, they put our food in a doordash order incorrectly and had to remake it. THEN, they were out of almond chicken, so we had to wait even longer, another 20 minutes.

Over an hour after arriving, after coming in famished, we finally sat down to eat.

I took one bite into the almond chicken, and it tasted like someone had poured a whole bottle of soy sauce on it. Almond chicken is sweet and crunchy. I think someone took orange chicken, sprinkled almonds on it, and dumped soy and teriyaki sauce on it. I gagged immediately, threw away the food, and we left. No restaurant has ever made me angry. This one got me...

If i could give zero stars....or even a negative i would. I ordered a to go that wasnt ready...not a big deal i understand things get back up.....but when my food is literally just sitting there as staff keeps looking at it walking away to help someone else when the last item i ordered is literally sitting on the ledge....they put it in a bag. And then when they do the final check and open up the container....my entrees werent even in there. They put everything together....and then let my food sit for another 15 minutes. While customer after customer coming in after me are served and cashed out when i already paid online for my food. When it was finally acknowledged that my food was sitting there...after looking at the receipt numerous times...oh now its done, my entrees were incomplete, missing sauces, utensils, and a kids drink. Im pretty patient...very understandable, but when my food is being over looked, as others are being served who havent even paid....im still waiting 45mins after my pickup time. Knowing how society is now a days, showing out and publicly addressing the situation probably would have had the cops called on me...for just saying something...so ill...

I am not one to leave many reviews, but the service was so bad I just had to. I don’t care if anyone sees this but hopefully someone does so something can be done about it. We came into the store and we were not greeted correctly at all. The lady working there didn’t even look at us in the eye. We asked for one thing and she put another thing on the plate, when we asked nicely if we could have the thing we actually asked for she gave us attitude and said “I can’t hear from the glass so if you don’t say it loud enough it’s not my fault”... how difficult is it to just change the food item??? Also how are you going to blame the customer?? Then she picked up the rice and THREW the spoon down and served us such little amount of food I could count the orange chicken pieces on one hand. We did not go there and pay to be treated like garbage. It’s sad because I myself work in food service and it’s unacceptable to treat clients that way. The best part is that it was slow. We were the only ones ordering at the time. There’s no excuse for this, period. Do better. Come to this store if you want trash service, attitude, and cold, small...
