I Brought 4 rings for size adjustment, I asked the lady with glasses who was there at that moment and she said yes we can do it, it will be $10.00 each I thought ok it’s reasonable she made out the ticket but She didn’t put the price on the ticket I didn’t realize that till I got home but hoped there wouldn’t be any issues at time of pick up When I went to pick them up she says it’s $90.00 dollars I said What?? Mi experiencia ha sido horrible con esta joyería. Deje 3 piezas para reparar el día 13 de diciembre, me dijeron estarían listas el día 19, cuando fui ese día a recogerlas sólo tenían lista una sola cosa y me dijeron q las demás las podría recoger el día 22. Fui nuevamente el día 22 y no me las tenían listas y me dijeron q no las tendrían hasta el nuevo año pero q no me podían dar una fecha presiza. Me moleste mucho porque me sentí engañada entonces decidí q ya no quería reparar mis prendas con ellos y cuando las pedí de vuelta la respuesta fue q no las tenían en la tienda porque las llevaban a otros sitio a repararlas que las tendrían disponibles el lunes 24, nunca me llamaron y como eran días festivos espere y hoy día 27 de diciembre, después de no haber tenido noticias de ellos vengo nuevamente a la tienda y no están mis prendas. La verdad es q lo sentí como una falta de respeto total. Si no tiene personal suficiente para reparar pues por lo menos sean sinceros y no den un plazo tan corto para recoger, así el cliente puede decidir si quiere esperar o no. Horrible servicio.
