Subway — Restaurant in Doral

If I just want to grab a sandwich, this is the place for sure. Unfortunately, after the lockdown, this place is not the same anymore. Italian herbs and cheese bread no longer available. The place looks unkept, dirty and customer service non-existent. Last time I was there, no one was at the front, in the back there were three young ladies having a blast. They were so loud having a conversation it really looked ridiculous. I just stood there for a few minutes waiting for one to see me. After a while, I started asking for help out loud. I took some time before one of the ladies realized she needed to return to the front. Even though she was helping me, she was carrying on the conversation with the others. Her attitude was very unprofessional. I left the place wondering if people do not appreciate menial jobs, it is their responsibility to start making efforts to improve themselves, learn the language, learn a trade, be proactive, especially if...

I was waiting at 6pm to order, and no one was behind the counter. The only associate from sub way was sitting on one of the tables, so when I asked her if someone was going to take my order, she said that she was on break and that she was not going to take care of me, that I had to wait until she finished her break. I asked if I could talk to someone and in a rude way she told me to come tomorrow to talk to a manager If I wanted. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, I asked her for her name and she said she did not have to tell me her name cause she knows her rights. FYI !!! When you work with customers a name badge is a must cause customers need to know who is attending them... in the end I had to leave without my food and with a bad experience. If you don't like your job which entails dealing with the public, you should leave it and go somewhere else with those low...

So where do I start? The fact that they never have any ingredients? The fact that the workers are rude people? The fact that they refuse to add any extras to the sandwiches despite offering to pay extra? The fact that the wait time is unbearable? The fact that it’s dirty? Fact is.
