Quite a difference from shopping at say a Publix than here. Staff is very indifferent vs helpful, less accomodating, , etc. Only reason I shop here occasionally is that there are certain items I find here that I can't at other supermarkets. Had a bad experience Sunday night 10/29/23 where the manager on duty would not refund/exchange 2 yogurts I had bought there on sale which said "freshness guaranteed " and it was within a few days of purchase that I was trying to exchange this with a receipt because it tasted bad as in expired although it wasn't expired. He would NOT exchange these saying it was too long after the purchase date. In Publix, for example, they've been much more accomodating in situations like these. The management here has to see the "big picture" of satisfying a client and losing in this case the less than $2 the yogurts cost me vs alienating customers and possibly losing hundreds or thousands of $ worth of future business. After 6 min more they open another register This is the 3tf time I come here and it's always d same. Finally reached the register to check out inquired if they have personnel issue. The answered its poor managemt/scheduling employees. Managementthinks its less busy at 730 to 800. Boy they are so wrong. They dont seem to care about people's time. To check out is the worst not to mention choices are slim.
