KFC — Restaurant in Dothan

I would give - stars if it would let me, totally disgusting! The place had no customers and they still got our order wrong. We ordered a 3 piece extra crispy breast and 2 thighs with 2 sides and a drink and then a 2 piece breast and thigh meal. Now I know it may be hard to not be able to tell the difference in extra crispy and original and it may even be hard to be able to tell the difference between a breast with a leg but people u must be able to know that 2 legs does not add up to 3. It’s almost like they just gave us what they wanted to give us. We had to wait for a long time to get the garbage that was given to us. We received no ticket and drove 25 minutes home to find the mistake. Had to call 6 times because no one answered the phone and when I finally was able to talk to the so called manager she was horribly rude and has NO knowledge of being a manager or how to deal with very unhappy customers. She would not give me her name and kept yelling at me the whole time saying she wasn’t taking crap off anyone! My advise is to stay away from this store or make sure you check your food before you leave since staff doesn’t know how to count or the difference in the chicken parts. Save yourself the grief and just don’t go! Good luck to this store remaining open and GOD help future customers. Managers are apparently desperately needed! These were our 2 meals. Geez! 1 star only because none is not an option. Staff was arguing the whole time we were there. Customers, not just us, were waiting a long time to get our food due to the discord happening in the back that could be clearly heard by everyone inside. Staff member, P, kept asking customers what they ordered. Asked me for the receipt back because someone cleared the order from the screen. Order was wrong but we were hungry and not waiting for a fix. My boyfriend ordered 3 PC Big box all white, with cole slaw and mac-n-cheese. He got a breast, thigh and 2 legs and no mac-n-cheese. Since when are thighs and legs white meat? I ordered a tender combo and was not offered any sauces but one was listed on the receipt. At one point, I finally heard who I assume is the manager yell at the staff that was bickering and they still continued to bicker. My boyfriend went to the bathroom and said it looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. TP in urinal, toilet was nasty, looked like dried blood in the sink. The outside property looked atrocious as well. I used to work for KFC 40yrs ago and that whole staff would have been fired if Quality control had come in. You only had a certain amount of time to deliver orders and the conduct was off the chain. Col. Sanders is rolling in his grave...

When we first pulled in, we thought it might have been closed and under construction. That’s how run down and bad the establishment was. Against our better judgement, we went in anyway. Upon ordering, the staff accused us of trying to get something for free because we didn’t yell our order at them. Well, let’s ignore the whole interactions and fast forward to the food. My biscuit was smooshed and looked undercooked. The chicken was dripping with grease, the gravy was jelly… so was my wife and kids food… we all ate what was palatable and tossed the rest. Couldn’t even wash it down with a choice drink as they were out of about 70% of their soft drink options.

Upon leaving we noticed a giant leak in the ceiling and a Home Depot bucket set up to catch it and a multi-family mouse trap sitting right out in the open.
