Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Dothan

Have used the West Main Zaxbys regularly since they opened. Over the last several months the overall quality has dropped drastically. We literally NEVER go there that something doesn’t get screwed up. I always order unsweet tea, 50% of the time I get home and I have sweet tea. This despite having learned to say “I want unsweet tea. UN-sweet, no sugar.” On 3 occasions in last 2-3 months, I actually GOT unsweet tea but it was so old that it was undrinkable. Frequently, I get home to find my order is incomplete. When they read my order back, I always correct any mistakes- and STILL wind up shorted. If this was an occasional problem, I’d understand. But this every single time. Without exception, something is screwed up on each visit. The last few months, we usually go between 1800-2000. There’s usually a very bubbly, enthusiastic young guy manning the order station. His enthusiastic manner is in stark contrast to the surly workers at many drive-thru eating spots. However, I’d appreciate it if he worked harder at getting the order right. Certainly, he’s not the only player here, but ordering with him always entails repetition and correcting mistakes. We are to the point of abandoning Zaxbys. There are many other choices in the immediate area. Zaxbys really needs to step...

We usually stick to the Cobb salad with grilled Chicken an extra boiled egg and extra cheese and hold the cucumber lol but occasionally we have the chicken fingers and fries. Service is always fast and the food is consistently the same in both flavor and portion. We don't frequent any fast food restaurants so we don't get bored easily and can explore the menus over time..Prices as average you can't eat anywhere less then $10 well you could if you read my reviews lol. The service is great I have no complaints at all about this location or food served. I also use Zaxby's family meal chicken fingers for parties great for appetizers. I prefer to display them in shooter cups with the sauce at the bottom or stick a skewer up it for easier appetizers grabs. I tend to think out of the box when having dinner parties which is why I enjoy my exclusive dinner parties stay tuned for pictures of my display at the next...

Called an order in and asked for a discount, and the guy said he could do it. It took him forever to get the credit card number right, and then he forgot about the discount and rang it up without it. No biggie though because it was busy, but that's not the problem. The real problem is that experience, plus my wife showing up to get the order, and the fact that they gave our order to someone else. Now she has to sit there while they try to sort it out, and then forever while they remake it. Then we had to explain why we were going to get money back on the order (They told us we were getting money back because of the discount).. The manager didn't have a good handle on his staff, and there wasn't anyone working drive-thru. This place needs to get it's stuff...
