Waffle House — Restaurant in Dothan

Horrible customer service at night. Me and a few family members went @4am to get breakfast, and as soon as we walked in, “we’re only doing to-go’s”. No greeting whatsoever. So we of course asked “why are you only doing Togo's?” And they apparently “needed to wash dishes Bc they had a busy night” so we decided to leave and go to the other Waffle House and get flicked off my the supervisor on our way out of the parking lot. I go back inside and ask wth hes flicking off as a manager and he starts cussing everyone out threatening to fight. Unprofessional doesn’t even describe these Waffle House employees. The service is ususally very quick and friendly. Idk there is one server i don't particularly care for, but hey its breakfast, in and out. I guess what really got me this time was we sat in a booth. Ordered our food an all star for him and eggs and grits for me. We usually share the waffle. The couple seated after us. Received 2 waffles and a side of potatos as we waited for our waffle slowly eating our eggs to enjoy our waffle with the whole meal. Idk if this server does this everyone or just us. Its always a weird vibe. I alway overtip no matter the service. Other than that everyone is usually great. Will continue to this WH, just trying to avoid...

I can only give 2 stars because of the waiter but just witnessed the so called “cook” touch 3 RAW meats ,a menu, multiple plates, raw hash browns, grits, and the 2 pies that we ordered WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES. She complained the whole time she was cooking and kept saying “oh there comes another car” and there was maybe 3 tables, honestly the least amount of business I’ve seen in there. I usually don’t say anything about bad service but this. CANT GO UNNOTICED. LEARN HOW TO CHANG YOUR GLOVES . You have CUSTOMERS WATCHING YOU THE ENTIRE TIME.
