Only reason they get a star is so I would be able to leave feedback. Last few times we have been there service was less then up to part. One meal I ordered I had to send food back and wait for them to fix a new burger. By the time they got it to me my family had already finished their meals. Thats when they had dining room opened. Today we went through drive thru to order for breakfast. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal, my husband ordered the prime rib burrito meal, and we asked them about a cinnamon raisin biscuit 3 times before they would answer. We then learn they no longer carry them. They now have a cinnamon roll. No comparison the cinnamon raisin biscuits are way better. When we pulled through and they repeated the total we let them know they left off his meal. They proceeded to reply with you will have to drive around and reorder. We left. We called the manager and she responded she was the one to taking the orders and then asked another worker did they remember us. Doesnt sound like she took our order with that response. She said, they not only do they have to take orders they have other things they are doing while taking the orders. Since they are only drive thru. She also added that they ask them to drive around to help people get to work on time. She ask me what I would like for her to do. I said. instruct them to take the orders properly at the drive thru. She offered a free meal. Free meals dont produce good workers. It provides loss for the company. We will no longer spend money at the Hardees in Douglas. People are not perfect and we all make mistakes. At least take the time to have better listening skills and...
Read moreWaited at the register for 15 min just for the cashier to start taking our order and she kept Periodically stoping to do the drive through orders, so in total it took about 25 to 30 min just to put our order in. That is in no way an Exaggeration. With the four meals we ordered 4 drinks and we were never given any cups. We sat down and waited for another 15 min and still haven’t even got our drinks yet, we had thirsty kids with us so one of the people in our group went up to the counter to ask for cups because the people that walked in after us and ordered after us had been given there cups, in trying to get our cups the cashier told him that she was only one person, it literally takes 7 to 8 seconds to hand someone there cups…. Well the cashier was being rude along with the manager and we don’t like to eat other people’s spit so we decided to just get our money back and go elsewhere spent over 45 min in this restaurant for absolutely nothing the service was awful and the employees were rude after the experience iv had I will not be going back to any Hardee’s period they simply just don’t deserve my business which is a shame because I for one loved there food but it’s just...
Read more5/19/24 time 2:00 pm, I had someone to pick up me a burger, when I set down to eat it I noticed that the burger meat was dry and hard,un ate able, I called hardees, the phone ring about 20 times at least before anyone picked up, I asked to speak with a manager, she came on and asked how can I help you, she didn't address herself by name i asked her and boy did she get jazzy at the mouth, I asked her name she answered with a question, what's your name, very unprofessional, the problem here is this is not the first or second time. But third time that I've gotten poor service from Hardee's, she said i could bring it back, if i had the time i would have went at it myself, and to bring it back wasn't an option, look hardees is never busy they always standing around doing nothing with poor attitudes, theres one manager thats far differently than all the rest, that mrs donna, shes always pleasant, but the others that i encountered, attitude suck nothing personal towards me i felt, for Hardee's to never be busy they just can't get you order right, one thing about a business, you can work it or work yourself out of one....
