Been coming here for 20 or more years since they opened, The Owners used to be polite humble and greatful for your business have changed, .. So The Famous Mustard sauce, they Claimed to Fame, with their Cheap ass Steak bits, Steak bits and Scollops plate , Over Priced , you get more Value at Longhorns Steakhouse, Stopped making said Mustard sauce, yet have No other sauce for Steak and Refused to make me any, even though they make it in-house . If I'm going to pay $60+ US hard earned dollars, I'll get Treated the way they Used to treat us for 20+ years, No Second Warning, We're Done ! We Recommend You Spend your Hard Earned Money, somewhere else where they appreciate and Value their Long Term Customers, 💥 Buyers Beware @Tokyo Express...

I've been going to Tokyo Express for years. Always quality food and great service. But what I'm about to tell you is the difference. A few years ago my house got hit by a tornado. The next day I worked all day cleaning up debris and was super tired and stressed. I was too tired to cook and decided to go eat at Tokyo Express. I ordered my food and when I went to pay I realized I forgot my wallet. I told the owner that I was sorry and to cancel the order. She said absolutely not. She could tell I was stressed/tired and insisted that I could come back and pay later. The next day I went and paid her and thanked her. This is the difference between a locally owned restaurant and a chain. I will always support Tokyo Express and I urge everyone...

My order was messed up! Eel roll dies not look like body parts it’s not hard and big! I ask for lite on the rice and it’s loaded! Told her no seeds and they are every where! Ask her to make sure fish was fresh and it was not! Squid is chewy but not hard! There was nothing but squid it was not a salad! I called they told me to bring food back and would give me my money back! Got there and she would not! People this is not good food , not good business, !
