Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dover Township

I wanted to order pizza on the app like always, but I was having difficulties signing in so something told me to go into the location and order. I end up getting inside the location. I had to reset my password and then I finally got into the app. I started to find the deals and order. Me and my daughter sit at the table and wait for our food to be made. I literally watched a girl that was at the register, pick up a bag of pretzels, eat them, lick her fingers, wiped her hands on her jeans and went to the boxes and started folding them without washing her hands. Then the cook from the back came up, started eating the pretzels and I kindly asked him. Are you going to wash your hands? I just watched that girl Lick her fingers after eating them pretzels and started touching things 3 employees got highly upset because I pointed that out I told them that is disgusting. This is a food industry and I would appreciate if someone was to wash their hands after eating and licking your fingers. I don’t want nobody touching my food , that is not sanitary at all three employees got very upset and started saying very sarcastic things out of their mouth I then get up and leave the restaurant I got in my vehicle the one guy That was upset tried to Sideswipe my Vehicle as I was pulling out the parking lot then tried to speed and get in front of my my car. If you guys get sick, you know where it’s from!!!

These kids that work there got anger issues highly offended because a customer seen them do unsanitary things and asked a civilized question, there is state regulations & state codes, this is a food establishment. The manager was extremely rude! I placed an order online for delivery, after 20+ mins i looked back online to track my order and it said there was an error with my order to call the store. I called the store and the guy that answered, stated there was no order when i told him i had the order on my account and it charged my card he told me i was wrong! After about 7 minutes he found my order and advised me its my fault because i ordered it as pick up. I again told him no i even paid for the delivery tip. He then stated well maybe your out of delivery area (which we’re like 5 mins away) Through out the conversation he was very nasty and combative!! I asked for the manager which he advised me he was. He then proceeded to tell me he’d fix my mistake, i asked him multiple times to stop being rude, at which point my husband over heard how the conversation and said forget it he was going to pick it up. The manager said “great after i wasted his time correcting our order”!!! The girl at the front of the store was so nice and apologetic. But again the manager was extremely unprofessional, he said something under his breath and walked away to the back and started making food! My husband and i are both managers with our companies and would never treat our customers or patients with such lack of respect! The only way id go back to the PH in our area is if that manager...

All these good reviews about the manager and team in the last month have got to be from new people who got coerced into making them. Me and my wife used to work here, and honestly, Joe is one of the problems with this place. He tends to treat people disrespectfully if he thinks he can get away with it, and that combined with the low pay, and unfair distribution of deliveries caused us to quit. The store is constantly understaffed because they still pay $8.50 to inside workers, and almost anyone can easily get a job paying $4+ pretty much anywhere else. Because he doesn't enforce pizza hut's policy of deliveries being assigned in the order drivers come back to store, drivers are incentivized to be lazy and deliver slowly, and that's why it's taking forever to get your food, even though you got an email saying your food arrived. He's pressing buttons in the system to make it look like deliveries are happening quickly, but you know they are taking forever in real life. Shady things do happen, like the time Joe caught a driver drinking on the job and just told him not to do it again, and let him keep working.
