My son's 21st birthday.

I must say this hands down is the best place ever! I happen to live in Montana. This week was my sons 21st birthday. His request was a strawberry shortcake cheese cake which I happily made till I went to ship it. I was informed it would cost me about $400 to ship to him. I love my kid but $400 to ship a cake is ridiculous. I called and spoke with a gentleman on Friday who stated to call Saturday morning for the cake maker. He stated she could an very possibly would help me.

I got the best service from this Dairy Queen from the first time I called. I will admit I called other bakeries first. None would take a payment for a cake to be picked up by another party and payment made over the phone by someone separate. I spoke with Heather, I told her my situation asked for the cake I needed, she said she could do it for me. I can not tell you how happy I was to hear he would get a cake for his birthday. It may be late but memories are just that memories. This Dairy Queen has blown it out of the park for my family. It is hard to have your kids far away and want to make certain birthdays just as memorable as if they were still at home. Great Job Heather and all members at this Dairy Queen you all ROCK!! You provided great customer service. I will send friends your way, if I am ever there visiting I will stop and thank you in person you made a my day there is no way words will ever express how happy you made me.

This DQ was a respectable and good place to eat and gather. It is too bad that the Dover Board of Education had the place shut down to extend their less than needed school building project. As a graduate of DHS, I feel this entire building disaster is unwarranted. Nothing is wrong with the schools current facility as it stands. It's condition was let to go to hell, to find just cause for a new building. Remember the actions of the Dover City Schools when they come begging for an operating levy to run their new kingdom. Give them s BIG FAT NO the next time you vote. Hey Steve Mastin.......perhaps someone will want to buy your Wendy's for 5¢ on the dollar. See how you like that? Great food. Always a bit of a wait but well worth it. Staff is very friendly and has good common sense, like putting ice cream in the freezer while preparing the hot food items instead of handing it out the window to melt in your car. Good thinking and good...
