Dunkin' — Restaurant in Dover

I work nearby and visit this location a lot. But that will definitely be changing. I’ve tried to deal with it, kept making up texting my mind on why they are so rude. Not all of them, but two in particular are the worse. 1.) The redhead girl ( don’t know her name), she has 0 people skills. She shows she could care less about you or your order. She’s condescending, arrogant, and just down right nasty.

2.) The infamous “Wayne”. And let me start off by saying I know he had a heart attack ( I even donated when you all were asking your customers to).

This dude is a complete mess. He could be the father of the redhead. Another miserable human. Don’t go too fast or he will throw you the biggest attitude. And DONT, I repeat, DONT, ask him any questions regarding the menu, you might just make him short circuit.

Like I’ve said, I’ve tried. I’m done, I’ll definitely go out of my way to Go to another Dunkin, albeit, out of my way. But I’m all set with these two depressing and...

The coffees I order are always made how I like them. Everyone there is so kind EXCEPT for the Ginger teenager who was wearing a solid red mask. His attitude is always so sour. His tone of voice to customers is always on the rude side, as if he’s better than you.. but news flash - you’re still working at Dunkin’ Donuts kiddo. Customer service is key and this child doesn't have a clue as to what it means to serve customers. Leave your issues at home and make your customers feel welcomed. He should be trained which is also sad because it’s just a fast food job. Nothing hard about being kind through a window. Otherwise, this location would be 5 stars if...

Grossest dunkins around. I’ve attempted a coffee here a few times (convenient location for me) and the kids are rude as hell and my coffee didn’t even taste like coffee just cream... so I asked for them to fix it and he kept the straw in said he put in sugar but I’m pretty sure he just spit in it. Munchkins are old and hard as well. All the other dunkins in Dover have much better customer service. Maybe it’s because they’re in a gas station so they are just extra disgusting. Starbucks is 100x better and the prices aren’t really that much more unless you’re getting a fancy coffee, you can even have them add latte sauces to your cofffee I suggest...
