Iām a local substance counselor. I wanted to go full counselor last week, telling rude boys to act right in a coffee shop, use manners and inside voices. After having the door slammed in my face!
Iām trying to buy a coffee and support recovery in my area.
I had the door slammed in my face by the rude boys club that hangs out inside the door. Itās cramped already, they cramp the front area like itās their frat house. šÆ
I get itās cold outside. I get theyāre recovering ā¤ļøā𩹠Go to a private place and talk as loud as you want and act loud and obnoxious.
Thereās a time and place for everything. You donāt hang out in a place without buying something. You donāt gather like a pack near an inner doorway. You donāt use outside voices inside.
I donāt wanna go ahead and reprimand rude boys on my off time in a coffee shop. Goal- Act like respectful grown men in a public quiet coffee shop. Hold the door ((maybe ))not slam it on peoples faces like you own it and have the right to act like itās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe coffee was amazing , the cookies delicious and croissants top tier , however the service was mediocre at best , justin i believe his name is (heard a older gentleman call him by name ) was very dry and gave off such a bad energy. Almost uncomfortable. We considered the banana bread which we notice that they had samples out . We asked to try it and he rudely states ā thatās what they are there for ā . A simple sure or absolutely or even a yes would have sufficed . It was just not a good interaction or experience. Me and my partner loveās coffee go out every day and trust new coffee spots . This would have definitely been our daily go to but with that kind of experience and service we will not be coming back which is extremely unfortunate because the coffee was phenomenal. If you donāt care about service I would 100% recommend trying it out you wonāt be disappointed with the pastries...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in the afternoon to buy 3 cappuccinos, which were a TOTAL DISASTER!! And I say disaster so as not to say a bad word, apart from the fact that the man who was serving me was throwing everything and looked stressed, desperate and grumpy. I took the cappuccinos and they were just whipped milk, I went back to the store and asked him to fix them and he said with a bad attitude that he couldn't change them and that he didn't know what to do, I told him to at least pour more coffee, and that's what he did. Anyway, I got a bitter taste from that cafeteria with the bad service and the rudeness of the man. I went on another occasion and it was a nice visit, a girl served me excellently, but this man damages the atmosphere of that cafeteria. They should choose their employees better, at least someone who knows how to prepare coffee and who has a...
