Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Downers Grove

Yesterday my man and I chose chili's restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious compliments to the chef the only issue we had was with one of our service waitresses we believe her name is Ola or close to it not sure she was nice but a little too nice FLIRTY twards my man most of our time spent trying to enjoy our meal instead of her just letting us have our time together as we would have liked..she kept approaching our table throwing little flirty remarks comments twards my boyfriend completely ignoring the fact that i'm sitting right there across from him..smh not good! He was not impressed with her he said that he just wanted to enjoy his food and ME! His girlfriend!!! her flirting was just overboard I don't know if this is how chili's employees are trained to try and get a good tip but it's not impressive at all..I didn't show it but I myself was very unhappy with her flirting comments..here's a tip for you focuse more on your job and STOP flirting with your customers especially when you see the man with his woman.. Another thing this flirty waitress was supposed to be the one serving us our food but another waitress from the back did all the serving both received at tip out of the kindness of our hearts but in all honesty the 2nd waitress who actually did all the work when Ola did nothing but FLIRT with my man the entire time the 2nd waitress should have been the ONLY one to receive a tip..STOP FLIRTING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL..have respect and allow your customers to enjoy their night out together..3...

It was our first time at this Chilis location. Our waitress, got our orders in quick. Thats when the mistakes began to happen.

We ordered the special margarita drinks that were 6 dollars each. She charged us 11 for each.

I ordered a Surf and Turf Medium Rare Ribeye, I got a Sirloin well done, with Mushrooms and Fries.

Kids food- One order of mac and cheese seemed someone just opened up an instant Kraft Mac and Cheese. Did not look fresh at all.

Kids food- Another order was the kids cheeseburger sliders with mandarins. Someone over filled the cup with mandarins and the juice soaked the burgers.

We waited approximately 60 minutes to get our food.

Our steaks were not how we wanted them cooked. My wife got her steak so dry she wasn’t able to cut it or chew it.

Again, I asked for the ribeye and got a sirloin.

Our total was $157 and some change but it sure was a waste of my money.

The service was not where i expected it. I did not bother addressing the issues because my family and I just wanted to eat and get out but they sure made that a bad experience. Ill never go back to that location. I guess ill drive a little farther to...

I have been eating at this location since childhood with my parents. I have never left unhappy before. Went in with my fiance and son. Appetizer was good, a little over cooked, but edible. My ribs on the other hand were overcooked beyond chewing. The only part of the meal that was edible was the side. I didn't even bring it up to the server, but when my fiance did the server went to speak to her manager. A few minutes later she reappeared to take my plate to the kitchen which she loudly explained was so the manager could "inspect it". After about 15 minutes of waiting, I explained that a manager should have come out, not demanded my plate back. I left my card and my fiance to pay. When he came out to the car I asked for my receipt, but he wasn't given one. I asked him to return and get it. The server couldn't provide the receipt saying she must have run the card wrong. Finally, he reappeared with the receipt. I wonder if she was trying to make it look like we hadn't paid and had walked out.
