I'm NEVER going back ever again. I was a regular customer here since I lived super nearby, and she knew that as well. I'd go there almost every day. Today, I went there with my friend, we ordered two donuts and sat down to eat inside. There was no one else in the store. And we were talking and laughing. We weren't even being that loud but she glared at us and so many times but I didn't realize why since she was always like that. And then she screamed at us and told us that we were making too much noise and that we had to go outside and talk. While all this was taking place, she was on the phone talking to someone like she always does every single day. And anytime I go there I find her talking to someone with her earphones in. Then she was gossiping about us in her native language as we left. She's always had a scowl on her face whenever I or anyone else came in, but I used to ignore it. This, however, is something I cannot ignore. Also, even when she'd hear the bell whenever I entered the store, she'd sometimes take a solid 5-10 minutes to come to the counter (and wouldn't even apologize ofc). Read moreVery unprofessional and rude staff!! I asked for a hot latte and the staff charged me the price for a cold latte (higher price). They did not commit they were wrong until I pointed out the prices were different on the menu board!
Then, one staff tried to refund me and then recharge me. However, they were very unfamiliar with their system, and it took them several minutes to refund and recharge my credit card. During the whole procedure, no apologizes, and they even made jokes to each other showing no respect to me!
What's worse, after several days, I found I was charged one cold latte and two hot latte but only get refund for the mis-operated cold latte! Read moreI have been coming to this location for almost 10 years. Yesterday, I ordered online and the app was acting weird. I went in to pick up my order and the young worker asked if I wanted both orders that were placed. I replied, “no, that must have been an error. Can you just refund my app for the 2nd order (they had not started it)? The manager chime in saying, “whatever…” I then said, “what do you mean? That’s an extremely rude response.” She then said, that I would have to call to get it reversed in 3-5 days. I said, “no, I will be back with the police.” She then had her boss on the phone, who was also rude. So, basically out $29.83 and their response, was it was my problem.
