Today Friday 6-18-21, at 8:50 pm, after shopping in Target, I was trying to be nice, and asked the lady at Starbucks: " Do you have any new flavors?" Her answer: "We're closed, Sir." My reply: "I was just asking!". What part of my question didn't she understand? Possible answer: "None right now, but I've heard that next month there will be a new flavor coming". Yes, we got that you want to leave and go home, but could you be nicer? That's the kind of answer that discourage customers from buying coffee there. A pity of a response.
