KFC — Restaurant in Downers Grove

This place need to close just open 15 minutes still had the cash 💸 drawer setting on the counter the blue bags that they take to the bank 🏦 setting on the counter the guy 👦 that took my order took 5 minutes and then I ask him who are making the order he said the guy 👦 in the back this guy go to drive thru take the order and tell the person to pull up by the bushes and he will bring it out no one else was their and then the guy who took the order have a bucket of water cleaned and them the guy from drive thru with one arm and a cast on the other arm can't do nothing make the guy they was cleaning make the food and they have a girl there reheat leftovers sides and putting it out like it is fresh but from the day before so one are going to be sick 😫 from all the bad things I saw 👀 them do me and my friend just was their on 5-31-25 at 10:15 am they need to get new people to run that place or just close it down how are you going to have a guy 👦 with one arm and he acts 🎬 like he can't use the good arm so what good is that doing for your business if you want to keep your business going you better get better people's to run it the right way because the help Department 🏬 show up and show out on your KFC 🍗 make this my last bad post...

If I could zero stars I would. I waited for what felt like forever to get HORRIBLE food. I’m not sure if the bread is supposed to be this hard for the chicken sandwich. The best way to describe it was BRICK TOAST I’m still unsure if it was fresh because I can’t imagine fresh bread being that hard even after toasting. I literally scraped the roof of my mouth. I also asked for honey bbq wings there was a drop of honey bbq sauce on each one & not even enough to cover the wings I guess I’m supposed to toss them myself.
