Time Out Burger — Restaurant in Downey

Today was probably my 20th visit at this place use to be my favorite spot when I was craving teriyaki because my family could.order anything else and food would be made fresh well done aand delicious. Today was unrecognizable. Everything was bland no flavor, over cooked or not cooked right at all. Who misses cooking fries the right way? They did. All frozen fries tasted like frozen fries. Their drinks (Ice Tea and coke) tasted weird. I was super disappointed. I called and spoke with Mary she immediately said "If you want a refund you need to bring me back eeeeeeeeverything in the order or I won't be able to.." I said hold on. I'm not planning on driving back for this. I am calling to make yoo aware the cook needs to put more attention. She said A-hum and then? It was pointless. I used to love this place but after they change the owner it started to go bad. And I miss the owner who used to be there but now the new owners get expired stuff the other day the hamburger buns had mold then then the ketchup tasted all weird thankfully I wasn’t the only one in my family. It’s been a month or so that I haven’t got any food I loved the fries so much now I’m not going to be able to get some fries from there. The people working there should just look on the food they have. I actually miss the past owner and how it was called Jj’s. Formerly known as JJ Burgers, Time Out Burger, delivers a Old-fashioned comforting tasty American Hamburger and fries. I've been dinning here since I was a baby over 30 years now and Im soo excited to know that it has been newly renovated, sad it didn't keep its original name but the food is always wonderfully delicious and for me it really takes me down memory lane.
