I stopped by here to get something to eat at 4am on my way to work on 7/25/18 and was told in the drive three that the computers were down and if Iād like to wait 10 or fifteen minutes until the computers came up. I said yes I would wait then the lady got an additude and said I have to park in the front and cannot be in drive thru. I then said ok pulled to the front and waited 20 minutes. Then went back into to drive three ordered 3 things and a large coke. They told me the computers werenāt up for drinks yet and that it would be a while.so I said ok pulled to the window and no one was there I waited for about 15, 20minutes an leaned back an closed my eyes because I had noticed that the workers were sitting in the dinning area. Ten minutes later I woke up with the police at my window asking me if I was drunk or high. When I told them no I woke up before you even said anything to me I donāt drink and Iām mighty alert the officer said they had called the police on me cuz I was passed out. They never said one word to me and I had been sitting there for 42 minutes and I told the imployesā excuse me you told the police how long you had me waiting here they just ignored me and turned there heads. The police told me sorry guess they just donāt want to make food right now and let me go. I took off and will never ever go to any jack in the box again and will tell everyone I know not to even if I have to buy them food from somwhere else. Imagine a place where they are so lazy they rather call the cops instead of make you food. Omg I am so angry about this when I called to get main managers number they wouldnāt give it to me and had me leave my info. This place is absolutely horrible thank god I didnāt have a warrant or the cops were cool. Iām 42 yrs old and have never seen anything like this in my life. I've always been the type of person that will grab a few napkins and clean up a table at a fast food restaurant rather than ask an employee to do it. However, tonight this jack in the box establishment service was quite bad. My wife and I waited a few minutes at the register before anyone approached us to take our order. We placed our order to dine in, but when our order was ready it was given to us in paper bags because they "didn't have any trays." The fact that they didn't have clean trays was not a big deal, but it did set a tone of them being understaffed. When we start eating we notice that some of the food was burned and cold. I took the burned/cold food back and requested a fresh order. The employee apologized stating that the reason the food was cold and burned was because they were understaffed. She then takes the food and was supposed to make us a new batch. 10-15 minutes go by and the food is still not made. By that time my wife and I had already finished eating the portion of our order that was cooked correctly. I approached the counter and spoke to a different lady. I requested a refund for the food that was never given to us. It seemed she didn't have the authority to key in the refund so she called over the lady that originally took the food from us so that she could complete the transaction. As she keyed in the refund, not once did she look up or acknowledge the fact that she took the food and never placed the order to be remade. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis morning I was having my order taken by a Hispanic manager who is always rude period, as I was ordering #11 combo I explained to the manager no cheese, curly fries, not spicy and I only have to make sure my chicken sandwich is not spicy because they have given me a spicy chicken sandwich before and it's so hot š„ I can't eat my meal and end up having to give it away or throw it away, all thanks to their negligence. We'll this mornings manager was rude enough to say is not spicy, then order #10 ! Now why would want to order something else if I'm a paying customer not in for ordering what the manager says and on top of it all cater to what she wanted me to order and not what I wanted?! When I asked can I have someone else who's nice enough to take my order instead of getting a rude attitude by the manager woman she bluntly said NO! because I'm always like this!? Then she went on to tell the drive through window person not to take my order !? Seriously when did we go from ordering what we want as paying customer with out having to compromise just to cater to the manager?! If you are going throughout this same nonsense about fast food restaurants please do share this because is quite unfair to get treated like this as paying customers, what ever happened to the customer has the right to order what they want, not what the rude manager wants? It would be helpful if as paying customers we get what we want.
