We don’t live too far from this restaurant and have been our local favorite for some yrs now .. food is always great and the service at the table is one of a kind … How ever I cannot say the same about the bar area , and that needs to change asap since it’s about the 3rd time this has happened to us in the past .. Today we came in and had brunch with the wifey , while drinking coffee and waiting for our food we purchased 2 lottery tickets that came out winners $120.00 total , we paid out bill left a $20.00 tip on our table and headed to the bar since that’s the only place that would cash us out on our winning ticket … The bartender was standing there serving someone a drink , I say said hello and didn’t hear anything back !! No greetings no nothing , when she cashed me out she counted the money and place it in the bar table , I said thank you and did NOT hear a thank you back or you’re welcome . last time we ate here she helped us in our table and she was really bothered that they sat us at the bar. This is something that offer you if the dinning room is too crowded. You need to be more professional in this line of work lady , if you’re not feeling well stay home If you don’t like your job get a new job . But don’t have and ugly face and not talk to customers who keep coming back , and may stop coming back visit the restaurant… You attitude was not appropriate, I’m not the review writing type of person but this has happened in too many occasions and it’s you who either dont like our color of our skin or you’re just not happy...

I'm surprised at all the 5 star reviews....my dinner experience was lousy....I ordered breakfast for dinner obviously expecting fresh food.....it was the leftover food from the morning thrown into microwave and reheated.....the chicken fried steak was cardboard hidden under warm goop considered country gravy.....today's prices are so high which compounded my anger....I still tipped my waitress her 20% but that cook should work in a kennel bc he makes dog food.....how do you serve that ??? And how do you allow that to be served ??? Look at the cook area, they have 2 microwaves sitting in prominent areas for all to see, they don't hide the fact that they rewarm leftovers from unsold dishes....ugh

I should mention it was my 2nd time at Spox....the first time was previous month for breakfast and I ordered chicken fried steak with country gravy....it was delicious....that's why I ordered it again when I went back to Spox a month later for dinner.....this dinner experience was...
