Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Downey

So my brother walks in first and greets the lady and they ask if he's ready he replies in Spanish no waiting for my brother. One second later another lady ask again. No I'm not ready. I walk in and nod my head to her. My brother ask me if I'm ready and I ask for twist chocolate donut. She heads over and grabs a small bag and (I thought my brother already asked for the bakers dozen but he didn't) so I apologize and say "no I'm sorry I'd like a dozen." She then looks at me like what did he say and replies "que." I reply the a dozen donut, a dozen, a bakers dozen.... The box?" She rolls her eyes and replies "on you want the box" in Spanish again and throws the paper bag down as if the effort of grabbing that weightless paper page was the equivalent of picking up the oven she bakes the donuts in. I apologize again (and I don't know why)with no replay from her. So I go on to ordering my donuts and every time I ask for a donut she would reply in Spanish. I would have to say "what" and and then point to which one I wanted. This whole time no smiling or nothing. No customer service at all. Just a cold death stare like as if she had not had her morning coffee yet. Which is kind of strange being that she works with gallons of coffee a day. We get to the register I ask for milk and pay. She hand my card back an then nothing. No have a good day or enjoy the donuts or even a simple goodbye. So being fed up with this horrible Service me and my brother smile at he and a say "hey have a good day" and still nothing. So my brother being even more pissed off tells her "hey smile more, smile don't be so angry" And walks away. I was asking the greatest services ever but dear god at least a smile a hello and a goodbye in English. I don't know if she was having a bad day but if she was they should have put her in the back baking and not in the front where the money is at. Sad to say that I think she was the boss because the other girls were walking around he like she was. Also if I'm speaking English you should to. Donuts...

Coffee is ok during the day, but at night the coffee tends to be burnt. Doughnuts are overpriced and there's no bathroom... Really? You sell coffee and there's no bathroom? Even the little Winchell's on the corner of Miles and Gage (in Huntington Park) used to have a bathroom.

Edit: how can I give negative stars? I would if i could dude at night told me to clean up before I leave because he got in trouble...thing is all the tables are dirty...
