Well, I was in the bathroom while 2 employees were talking and I don’t know if they knew I was in there, but I’m a regular and I know Wallace very well and he’s always so pleasant. I’m not taking sides here, but he was talked to from the new General manager so horribly I almost feel bad for him. I know i heard Wallace say “let’s speak in a civil manner, why are you so loud” I don’t really know his name because he’s not as approachable and always looks angry but that is another story for another day. I would hope that wasn’t his approach on everything, because I heard from the Marsha group that he was yelling from the top of his lungs at another younger black woman on the floor in front of customers. I’m not being dramatic, but I would almost say I’m a little afraid of going there now. I never know which service I’m going to get. The guy talking to Wallace was cussing at him and acting very irate and the next time I’m in there I’m going to personally tell him if he needs ANY help on reporting him I’ll 100% help him, but Wallace is literally always nice to me and I notice everyone else as well. I see he’s very popular by his way of assisting the customers and making sure they have everything they need. Read moreWas in the mood for a good breakfast sandwich and thought I’d give this place a try since I saw all the great reviews and noticed it closes unbelievably early I figured it had to be good. Got there and there was about 20 people who had already ordered still waiting, ignoring this I went ahead and placed my order. While I was at the register I then noticed that everything there is already made (eggs, sausage, ham, etc.) and sitting in the tray, like in McDonald’s or a Dunkin’. I figured the wait couldn’t be long in thy case, boy was I wrong. Waited over 30 minutes for an “ok” sandwich. And watched someone’s order get accidentally carried out by a food delivery service, there was little to no communication between staff, one persons order was almost done wrong and had he not been standing there watching he would’ve been sadly disappointed. Overall the place is ok but it shouldn’t take so long to fulfill order when everything is already prepped and there should be more communication between staff, rather than them leaning over each other to prep orders, there needs to be some kind of...
Read moreThis was a pretty bad experience.... The wait was extremely long. At first, this was due to a family at the front of the line taking forever to order. Then it was just the crew after that .I don't know if they didn't have enough people, or the people were new but from beginning to end it was a horrible experience .I heard them apologizing to almost every customer because the wait was so long .. everyone in the lobby looked extremely irritated . I waited probably 10 mins in line to order and then probably around 20 or 25 to get one bagel. Which was made incorrectly . I ordered a Nova lox,had no red onion. I asked for the onion that was supposed to be on my bagel, they gave me a little 2 oz cup with 3 little circles of red onion. It's just kind of disappointing waiting that long and it still being incorrect. I've worked in fast food for years so I get it, but should probably try to have more or more efficient staff on a Sunday morning as it will probably always be busy.
