Roadside Bistro — Restaurant in Dreher Township

we had our wedding on 9/9/23 at wallenpaupack creek and this was our favorite vendor by far. Mike saved the day for my husband and I when we had to book a new caterer a little over a month out from our event when our original caterer fell through. We were down to 50 days and had to rework our entire rehearsal dinner. Mike went out of his way with other busy events on his schedule to make sure we had the best wedding weekend possible. The communication was incredible and beyond professional. The food was outstanding! For our rehearsal dinner we had pizza and it was out of this world. All of our guests are still raving about it. They also made me my own personal gluten free pizza and you couldn’t even tell the difference from the other pizza. Hands downs the best pizza I have ever had, especially the chicken bacon ranch.

For the wedding I don’t even know where to begin. From top to bottom everything was excellent. The cocktail hour with unlimited options for everyone. People were going back for seconds and thirds during our buffet style dinner. I can go on and on about how amazing mike and his staff is. People are still talking about the food and the service.

My husband and I hired Michael and his crew to cater our wedding and we could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. Communication was phenomenal, the food was a HUGE hit, and the team is so friendly. The general chicken taco cone appetizer is STILL being talked about weeks later among our family and friends because it was such a huge hit. The cheesesteak eggrolls and cheesy potatoes too. Everything was perfect. Their team even packaged up leftovers for us, cut the cakes for us, and made sure everything was flawless. The price was phenomenal too. Not only are they fantastic at catering, but my husband and I have visited their location too and have tried various foods there. You can’t go wrong with any of their items. 10/10 the best catered meal I’ve ever had at a wedding. Very very pleased that we chose this option...

After I get done weed wacking I get lost in this huge field of weeds I don't know where I am going or even if I am alive or dead so I do what others have said "follow the light". Well the light leads me to a giant silver truck filled with food I don't understand if this is heaven or the huge waiting line to heaven. So I get in line for 9,999 years and I get to the counter and I get asked what I want? I respond with please let me see jesus. The bearded man in the green shirt states STOP ASKING FOR CHEESE AND CRACKERS we have hot dogs, chicken, pizza and lobster. And I was like wut? I am not dead and still in Pennsylvania and now I have a place that sells lobster and clam pizza! .... not sure if I am still alive or dead... woah...
