Snappy Tomato Pizza — Restaurant in Dry Ridge

I ordered a build your own beast on 9/26/2025 and got the free medium cinnabread. Half was basically deluxe and half pepperoni. When I got home I found there was BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. I called to let them know what had happened the lady was rude and told me that I had ordered the chicken BBQ. I told her I didn't and never have. I even told her I had selected normal sauce. Her response was that doesn't show on our end. So I got stuck with a pizza that had BBQ sauce which my grandbabies would not eat. As for the chicken there was never chicken ordered As for the cinnamon read the dough was not baked all the way and it look like someone had just dumped cinnamon on it. So my grandbabies had to eat something else and I was out $57 with the tip. Not to mention one of the employees was in a dress running in and out of the restaurant making comments about people being parked in front of the restaurant. Their were 2 mine and ond other family waiting for our food and at one point she went back in a went on the oven side and was working. Did not wash her hands or anything after being outside. Not very sanitary later another employee joined her outside and didn't go back in until 2 people went in leaving ond person by themselves. I wonder how my food was so...

This place is beyond my satisfaction. I had an order arrived messed up from a driver (smashed against a box) to be fair we have windy roads out here. However Joe the assistant manager had informed me I would get a credit and usually when you hear that from other corporations, it’s to just get you to quit complaining. Not with these individuals however. Weeks if not a month or two later I called just to see if the credit still stood. No questions no anything they had saved me and honored it. Actually the GM “John” was who spoke to me not even the gentleman who gave me the credit. The order was prompt and here fast they delivered no questions asked. I truly thank God that there’s establishments like this still in existence. Gives hope for a world that makes you not want to do business. We are not locals and wanted to try pizza that was somewhat local and not a huge chain. We ordered delivery online and the website said 35-45 minutes. I didn't get any type of confirmation beyond that so I called the store roughly 10 minutes later to confirm they got my order. The young lady who answered was very short. She said the delivery time was 35-45 minutes. I called back about an hour later for an update and got another person who was short and sounded like they didn't want to talk. She said it has just came out of the oven, then said the driver was leaving with it now. Within a few minutes of hanging up, the food showed up. The pizza was lukewarm and tasted average. The green salads had so much red onion it was over powering. The ranch wasn't great either.
