Brown’s Doughnut & Pastry Co — Restaurant in Dublin

After months of driving past this place, we finally stopped in! It's a great thing to have a local, in house bakery to counter all of the Dunkin Donuts popping up left and right! These goodies tasted fresh and real, which isn't easy to find anymore. My husband and I are incredibly picky with baked goods, because we love baked goods, lol. Here, we purchased the Danish, a doughnut, the cinnamon bun, and a few cannolis. The Danish was delicious and not overly sweet (which often tends to happen), and the filling was not overbearing. My husband was endlessly raving about the cinnoamo bun. The icing was well made with the perfect amount of Cinnamon and "stickyness" to it. We were very satisfied and happy with what we ordered. The atmosphere was calming and very clean, and cozy, and the smell was heavenly. When we return we'll try out their cold brews, and other beverages. One thing that I really want to mention, is that in this day and age, all places should be able to offer vegan friendly options. Not only for those who prefer plant based, but for those who cannot handle dairy or eggs, or even have more serious digestive/dietary issues. I strongly look forward to the potential of this option down the road, should the owners be open to it! Great place! As a Google review influencer: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Zaria herself. Not only was she professional and courteous, but she also brought a fun and enjoyable energy to the entire bakery experience.

I had the pleasure of trying the cheese cream danish & cinnamon twist and it was simply divine. The danish was perfectly moist, sweetly balanced, and the cream cheese filling was absolutely delicious. Each bite was a delight to the taste buds. Overall, my first and brief visit at Brown’s Donut and Pastry Company in Dublin PA (Buck’s County) was truly fantastic, all thanks to the wonderful experience and the delectable offerings. I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable pastry experience.

Reached out to Brown's Doughnuts to make a Groom's cake for an upcoming rehearsal dinner. And they did not disappoint at all! Asked for a beautiful but simple semi-naked cake, and they delivered. It was half chocolate and vanilla with the most luscious smooth icing.

The cake was beautiful and Kevin was able to add a plaque to the top that we needed.

They did everything we asked, and it was so delicious and I would highly recommend them for any occasion. Whether it’s a cake, donut, sticky bun, or a fresh cuppa coffee, this is the place to go. So happy with our decision. The cake was perfect and we enjoyed working with Kevin and Katy so much. I wish I could give them more stars, they deserve it!
