Manhattan Bagel — Restaurant in Dublin

If I could have left no stars I would. I read online Manhattan bagel in Dublin becomes a deli from 8-2 and then sells burgers and fries after 2. I was excited with the news and was anxious to try their burgers. I stopped in at 12:30 for hoagies. The kiosk doesn’t work. I chose lunch but could only get sandwiches on a bagel. I kept asking how you ordered a hoagie. The guy behind the counter just stared at me and didn’t answer me. The girl behind the counter looked at me, picked up a broom and started sweeping the floor. After several attempts a customer offered to help me. I said no. Instead I got in my car drove 1 mile down the road to WaWa where I ordered 2 hoagies and a salad. Their kiosk works. I was in and out very quickly and received excellent customer service. If you cannot order hoagies from the kiosk and no one is willing to help you. I will not be stopping in...

I think it was the worst customer experience of my life. I placed an order for pick-up. I had never been in the store before and wasn't familiar with how the process worked. My presence was never acknowledged, nobody spoke, nobody made eye contact, I was totally ignored. I stood there for a couple of minutes when I noticed one of the employees putting a receipt on a bag and taking it over and putting it on a rack. I then realized that my order was on the rack in the corner. I went over, picked up my order and left without ever saying a word and without anyone ever speaking to me. ** I would like to edit this review to commend Manhattan Bagel for reaching out to me and working to resolve this issue. I appreciate the effort to show me they do have A+ customer service protocols in place and to show they are concerned about their customers satisfaction. I am happy I can return to this business…their bagels are delicious! I preordered a selection of bagels 2 days ago, prepaid for the order, and received a confirmation. Upon pickup, I was told 4 that I ordered were unavailable however after questioning I was told they were available earlier in the day but had sold out.
