Subway — Restaurant in DuBois

2-26-2023 Update I visited the subway again since I had a really good experience the previous one, but it was the complete opposite.

I ordered the Philly Sub and added lettuce and tomato. The sub was very good and will order it again, but not from this subway. Tonight, there were 3 girls working. Two of the girls were super friendly and very helpful. The one staff member working has been the reason why I stopped going to this location. She is extremely rude and very ignorant to say it in the best way. I asked for onions and very snarkly. "You want more." The Philly comes with onion on it, but the other staff put a few on. (I have been to a lot of subways, and this has never happened before. There have been some workers that you can tell had a long day, but never this rude) The staff that was rude to myself, I oberseved her do the same to the older couple behind me in line and other staff. I have really thought about reporting it, but I will just go to the other 2 subways. I feel bad for the other staff they both seemed extremely nice, and dealing with someone like this would make a shift very long.

I visited this subway to give it another chance and bought a sub to go. In the past, the girls have had a lot of sparky comments when asking questions about new products.

When I entered the store it was very pleasant inside the store. It was very bright and new tables.

I was greeted when I entered and the 3 staff were very pleasant and helpful. The staff were very busy with orders and still were very kind with the busy service.

The only problem was that the bun was extra done on one side, but the rest of the sub was tasty.

I have never seen the girls at this location before, but all three were very nice.

I was happy with the service and the food at this location. I will be back...

7/7/2023 Me and my fiancé came to get some sandwiches I worked a 10 hour shift and wanted some subway. We places a mobile order because I had a deal we went in and asked to customize the veggies in store and they just kinda looked at me the one worker said the one that was just placed and I responded yes. The other worker that made our sandwiches was very ridiculous, extremely rude and unprofessional. My fiancé wanted his sandwich extra toasted and she got an attitude about that then had an attitude about him wanting cucumbers on his sandwich because it was already put away when they didn’t close for another half an hour, was slamming tins around and he asked for more pickles and she put an entire handful on there. Didn’t cut his sandwich the entire way and just threw everything on there. Very rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately didn’t get her name but do...

Food was great. Customer came in the door before us, we didnt know she was going to the counter as she went clear around the drink island. How did we know she wasnt going to go sit with ppl already seated? We went right to the counter to order our food and she made a scene that we cut line cuz she was in the door first. Ok so if I walk in the door but go to the restroom first does that warrant me making a scene that other ppl that got to the counter first cut line? The line starts at the counter not the door.
