Jimmy's Pizza (See You Tomorrow) — Restaurant in Dudley

So, moved out2Dudley from the city2+yrs ago. Took some getting used2. Like times places close@10pm in city 1an-3am LoL. However I finally found Jimmy's&he delivered so gave it a shot.I haven't been disappointed only1 time.The Italian just wasn't an Italian I'm used2.However being faithful&keeping him our reg deliverer I must say takes very good care of my son.Who's a very picky eater only meatball or ch.burger sub.&he's only been disappointed few times got onions or asked4 tomato on side&forgot it.That was early on&they always made up4it.So,They get4+ from us.1suggestion fill 18" to the ends on both sides2-3"not empty makes a difference 2many& probably better ur sales! Hung in through pandemic too So, Rock On Jimmy's!

So since moving here unfortunately service has declined making it hard for me to continue with them. I only eat salad so I'm sayified its my husband and son. Since I've always tipped very very well I feel that should help with good service. However its been wrong more then right lately I'd rather not have not only hungry but angry boys as well. I do hope it changes back to the good I remember I've been branching out lately I'd rather not but happiness for my guys...

Dog food, sorry but true..crust is like a frozen bisquett. The ingredients are underneath the cheese and when you lift the cheese, well you're actually not supposed to be able to lift the cheese like that like a dry layer of cheese with crumbled up ingredients under... Got order wrong, asked for Pepperoni got green peppers. Asked for chix broc alfredo, they say Jim's Special??" We have Never ordered from here I thought I'd give it a try, I guess the Jimmy special is the chicken broccoli Alfredo but it's not special and I'm not over exaggerating. it was just not good pizza, don't know how they make the crust but it's dry and crunchy and the whole pizza is dry. if you have a pizza restaurant and if you're too busy stop taking orders or throw them away cuz people shouldn't be paying over $50 for two large Pizzas are disgusting and disappointing. Try loving what you do and put your heart in it. It's unfortunate that rainbow Pizza doesn't deliver because theirs are better but didn't have time to drive out to pick up. Doesn’t even deserve the one star food isn’t the greatest costumer service is horrible the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE! They messed up on my order and charged me for something I did not receive and when I tried to resolve the issue the owner screamed at me over the phone and wouldn’t even let me get a word in because of this I definitely will never do business with them again and I would not suggest anyone else too. Who knows if I will get my money back I was told to not order from them again and hung up on. Worst service I ever received and extremely disappointing to know that the owner has no care for his costumers just wants to rob them for their money! Skip Jimmys go somewhere else not worth your...
