Arby's — Restaurant in Duluth

Ordered the brisket sandwich meal. Very nice lady said it was a personal favorite and top seller. What I got was a small serving of what looked like undercooked thick sliced bacon: mostly fat, mostly slimy, and not particularly tasty or appetizing. The Jamocha shake, on the other hand, was perfect. The curly fries (I will never forgive Arby's for dropping potato cakes) were adequate. The restaurant was clean. The personnel were nice. The food was served relatively quickly. I would go back, but I'll stick with the Market Fresh sandwich I typically order. The last 4 times I've gone they've forgotten the sauce! How! That's one of the best parts! And this time I got the French dip and take a wild guess what happened. They forgot the au jus. What a surprise. The only reason I got the French dip and they're so incompetent with putting SAUCE IN THE BAG. I don't understand what's so hard about remembering the unique sauce that only one sandwich has.

Friendly, fresh, fast delicious - I feel like I can't go wrong with Arby's with the large variety of meats, roast beef, turkey, chicken and sandwich/gyro/bun options. Famos for theier curly fries, but they also have regular French fries with your choice of ketchup, horsy or Arby's sauce. My husband and I went through the drive-thru after running Grandmas' half and were starving. The staff was so friendly and engaging. Our food was hot and served quickly.
