First time coming back since May, and its just disappointing. For 9$, this flat and poorly wrapped sandwich is not worth it. There was only 1 other person in front of me, 1 online order i think and 3 employees. My order took nearly 10 minutes. The guy making my order, they called him nick, seemed to look busy without being busy. He changed his gloves twice making my order? Got this persons soup quickly and then just stood around while the two other employees were actually working. This sandwich is wrapped poorly. With all the time he had, he could have wrapped it better. Sandwiches here used to be full and filling now its 1 slice of meat and some lettuce. Save your money. Not...

I've tried this place at least three times in case I coincidentally went in on an off day, but each time I've ordered I've had issues with the specificity of the sandwich and just overall poor communication. Food allergies are a risky thing, which is why removing ingredients is an important aspect of ordering any type of food, so one would expect it to be removed upon request. . . Similarly, one would expect combo items to be included in the pickup bag since they were paid for. At the end of the day, yeah it's literally just a sandwich but if y'all keep getting these poor reviews, you might want to take the time to fix the problem at...

Don't waste your money here!! I asked for extra pesto mayo on my sandwich, and got maybe 1/2 tsp of something that tasted kind of like plain mayo, but I'm not sure.. My sandwich was also unusually wet..and not in a good way. Hubby said his sandwich was super dry. The ice machine was broken and when we mentioned it, their employee said to "just hold it down," ..we gave up after 3 minutes of "holding" and only getting 2, maybe 3 pieces of ice. All of the pop in the machine was flat and watered down, but the bagged chips were good. At least they let me grab a bottled...
