We stopped in to try the steak arepa at Mrs. Rosa, and it did not disappoint. The arepa itself struck the perfect balance between soft and crispy, fresh off the grill. The steak was well-seasoned and tender, and the cheese was perfectly melted—just cooked enough to get that stretchy, gooey texture that makes every bite satisfying.

The restaurant has a clean, welcoming vibe and feels like one of those rare family-owned gems where you instantly feel at home. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the food and the service. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind.

Soy 0 de dejar reviews y mucho menos malos, sin embargo y despues de tantas oportunidades me tomo el tiempo para hacerlo.

La Primera vez que vine a local todo muy bien la comida, la atencion todo ok.

Regresamos porq claramente nos gusto, pero al volver la atencion pauperrima, sin contar que me agregaron la propina en la cuenta, y el problema no es dejar o no dejar propina, el problema es que lo hagan sin un disclaimer en el menu y/o sin consultarte al pagar la cuenta si deseas o no agregar propina, que claramente en mi caso no iba a dejar porq de verdad el servicio es de lo peor.

Apesar de esto decidimos volver, porq repito la comida en especial las cachapas son (eran) buenas. Misma mala experiencia con la atencion, nos atendieron de mala gana, practicamente te ponen la comida en la mesa como cualquier cosa, y la actitud siempre como de mala gana, con pereza, sin animo, sin al menos la minima intension de atender bien al cliente.

El dia de hoy decidimos volver para comer lo de siempre (realmente solo habiamos vuelto por la comida), y nuevamente la mala experiencia con la atencion, esta una niña que detras del mostrador solo esta con los brazos cruzados, hablando por telefono, con 0 actitud para atender al publico, 0 tanto, 0 todo. Puedo entender que siendo un negocio familiar, pero si va a trabajar la familia deberian ponerle mas cariño, mas ganas, mas sabor al negocio. Siemplemente tienen a gente trabajando solo por trabajar. Hoy, la cachapa con chicharron completamente diferente a la que siempre habia comido. Ya no esta ni la calidad de la comida, y del servicio pues ni hablar... siendo un negocio Venezolano en Estados Unidos deberian cuidar mucho mas el tema de servicio y mas si van a incluir la propina sin consultar porq claramente no se lo merece ni un poquito. La comunidad Venezolana esto segura que agradecemos tener Nuestra comida cerca, sin embargo tambien merecemos un servicio de calidad y mas de nuestros compratiotas.

De tantas oportunidades dadas, hoy decido no volver...

If you’re craving authentic Venezuelan cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit!!!. Friendly service that makes you feel at home. I had a Cachapa with chicharrón, and they were absolutely unforgettable!!! The cachapa itself was golden, sweet, and absolutely delicious. The chicharrón was incredibly crispy, and juicy with just the right amount of fat for flavor without being greasy. And best of all, the taste of freshness- every meal is cooked just for you with handmade ingredients!!
