We visited this place multiple times in the past and were regular customers since we lived close to it years ago. We still come to this place as and when we drive through this area. Always been greeted in the past with a warm smile, welcoming gesture and friendly service. NOT ANYMORE!!! Today we visited the place again with my kids and the lady in the front was so rude and arrogant. Seemed like she was doing us favors in serving food. To start with, the menu mentioned $7.99 for the wraps and she asked us $40.00 for 4 wraps which seemed wrong. I asked what is wrong about her calculations and then she mentioned that it was printed wrong and she needs to change it.. so what in the world you are waiting for?? After an argument she calculated right for 4 wraps but charged extra for credit card payment.. this is ridiculous and not worth visiting. She on top of that was so loud and disrespectful. Tables literally were not cleaned and had some sort of permanent grease on them. As soon as you touch them it feels yucky. The floors were no better than the tables. Finally, we got our order and she packed veggie wrap with chicken wraps in one to-go box. Come on, either you don’t care about people diet restrictions, religion or just don’t care. Why the veggie wrap with chicken wrap in same containers. Also on enquiring about which one is which in same box, she replied very rudely that you have to see sign on top of box divided with a marker saying “veggie”. I mean where in the world you learnt this?? The food tasted like normal this time. I ordered from here last night. My bf told me about this place and that he loved to eat here years ago so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a small cheese pizza for myself and he ordered a meat pizza and some tenders for himself. We get home and realize that my cheese pizza is covered in pepperoni so I was unable to eat it. At that point, the restaurant was closed so I waited until the next day to contact them about their mistake. When I called, a very rude man answered and responded with “what’s the problem? You don’t like pepperoni?” I don’t understand how this was an acceptable response. I didn’t order pepperoni so it does not matter if I “like” pepperoni. Additionally, this restaurant advertises that it is halal and kosher so I would think they would be a little more careful with the accuracy of the orders especially since their mistake ended up in my pizza being covered in pork which is neither halal nor kosher. I was bummed that my order was wrong last night but considering this was supposed to be my first time trying out the food, I was willing to give them another chance until I received the God awful service from from their employees with absolutely no awareness or decorum. I made an order through the Slice app for store pickup yesterday at about 15 minutes till 8. I get there 10 minutes later and the people inside the restaurant are closing up. I said I was there to pick up my order, the two inside (one shorter heavy guy with stringy hair and the other taller with glasses) looked at me blankly and the shorter of them asked me (with an attitude) who did you order through? I told them and he then told me sullenly that they did not accept that order because their oven was broken. Come on, if you have a breakdown or something, you let people handling your online orders know so that you don't cause hardships for customers and so that they don't have to call customer service themselves to cancel and refund. At a least you call the customer. The shorter of the two people that did most of the talking is one rude individual and knows absolutely nothing about customer service. He didn't even offer an "I'm sorry" to me for the inconvenience. They practically ran out the door, they were in such a hurry.
