Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Duluth

I was called shortly after placing my order and told they did not have the ingredients to make my order and were going to refund me. I mentioned that was fine and I was told it would be processed within 5 minutes, and I would receive an email verification.

After a half an hour of no email I called and talked to the manager who had initially called me. He made the excuse that they got busy, and he didn't have time. But he was at his computer and take care of it shortly. Once again, I was not refunded.

I called a half an hour later and spoke with a different employee who said the manager was gone and he did not know the password to the computer to refund me. He said I would likely have to wait until tomorrow to get a refund. This is without question the absolute worst service I have ever received at a fast-food restaurant. They took my money, did not give me food, and did not give me a refund...

I have always had fast service and great food. But today I really wanted to give a big shout out the the crew working tonight 10/31/23. I ordered online and walked in for my pizza and it was a mad house. There was a line nearly out the door, I was told to talk to the guy in orange and he would get my order set to go. I placed my order and waited. The line never stopped growing but all the employees were working quickly and efficiently no one was angry or worked up. I ended up waiting almost 1hr for my pizza but it was made correct and was a nice looking pizza. Having spent a few years in the fast food industry I know what it's like to be absolutely slammed and the stress it can bring. I saw none of that here even with the pissed and cranky customers. We got a supreme pizza and monkey bread around 5:20. Just hanging out with my grandma, cousins and my girlfriend and while my girlfriend was eating a slice we heard a crunch and she was confused, she took it out of her mouth and it was a little peace of plastic, she thought it was a black olive.
