First off, full disclosure that they are giving me ice cream to write this review.
Now that you know that, here are my thoughts - they have a really nice, wide variety of ramen bases, and then you can add toppings to it before cooking, which feels somewhat like subway but for ramen.
I made a build your own and my spouse bought one of their specialty ramens - I would encourage doing the build your own if you have experience with ramen outside of just instant ramen, since you can really tailor it to your desires.
They also have lots of fun drinks! I got a mango ade pouch, and it was deliciously sweet with my ramen.

Read moreThe service here is one of the main reasons I do not want to come back. I’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve had more not good experiences than good. The people working here are not really nice, friendly or helpful. Another big reason I may avoid coming back is the cost. It’s definitely pricey for what you get and this can easily be made at home. Also if I’m having to cook it myself I feel like it should be more affordable. I do love the decor here and the concept is unique but a lower cost along with better service would make this place better...
