We order as an office often, and I can say this place is an office favorite. They always have our orders ready to go at the promised time and the owners/workers now recognize our names and have them grouped together for me to pick up. The food is great. Service was too.
However, one of our order-ers prefers a bottled or canned drink to the freestyle fountain drink. The online order system allows for a specific freestyle choice or specific soda choice. They always order the specific soda at the higher cost on the menu, $2.69 for a canned (or bottled online is not specific) coke vs $2.00 for a freestyle cup. It hasn't been an issue until our last three visits when the lady at the counter handed me a cup and initially refused the bottled drink due to cost difference. I pointed out on the receipt that she ordered the higher priced item, and she reluctantly allowed me to get one from the cooler. Before I left, I mentioned they should review their online menu for clearer ordering options. The second to last visit went great. The guy at the counter had our food ready to go and cold canned drinks ready with each meal that required one, 3 out of 5 this time. With a smile and a wave, I thought the drink debacle was over. This last visit, though, has really turned me off from going back all together. I arrived to pick up three meals, which the guy had ready when I got there, but again with a cup instead of a can. I asked about the can and pointed to the receipt. This time, I was handed a HOT bottle from beneath the counter and refused the cold one from the cooler due to cost difference again.

Read moreI visited this location 6/19/25 close to 4:30pm. I received an email notification my order will be ready at 4:22 pm. At the counter I was greeted by two female employees who informed me my order was not quite ready yet. A few minutes later I see one of the employees place the food to the side, did not mention any names and also made eye contact with me. 5 minutes go by as the employees are chattering away, two more orders come out where the individuals names were called. Finally one of the girls calls my name to tell me my food is ready. I asked her why was it left sitting there this whole time and was informed she did not think it was for me, after telling her my name prior to other orders being called and names being shouted. However today I order online for pickup and got the wrong flavored wings and of course didn’t realize until I got home. When I went back and showed the receipt of what I ordered vs what I got, the very young cashier looked confused and went to get the manager. The manager “Billy” took the wings to the back and put sauce on them. I ordered honey garlic and wet lemon pepper but both looked like dry lemon pepper, so I asked how could he tell what flavor it was to simply add sauce? He replied he worked there for years and knows the flavor by looking at it. Why not just remake the order the way a frequent and loyal customer ordered and paid for.
