The staff is never pleasant. I don't go to this location often because of how bad the service is. The handful of times that I've been there, there is always an issue. The last time I went They had the hash browns with cheese and bacon on top. The amount of time we had to wait for the mobile order was insane. It was a good 20 minutes before getting that one item. Then they put a drop of cheese and no bacon. I hate complaining, but I didn't pay for that. Why was I waiting 20 minutes for this?? Today was the last straw. We did a mobile order and the hash browns were soft (we prefer them crispy), but the biggest thing that got me heated was receiving a stale bagel. It was so hard. So the employee picked up the hard bagel and threw cream cheese on it and gave it to me. 1. I didn't pay for a stale bagel. 2. Good customer service is so hard to find. Some businesses are awesome and have great staff. This location is trash. I don't know if it's a training issue, or hiring young adults and kids that don't care, but it is frustrating as a consumer. I hate complaining and I don't like posting negative reviews, but I'm so over this location. I don't understand why it's even open. Worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Do better. If I had to say anything positive, the cold brew that I received today was good and the kids were satisfied with their donuts. Unfortunately, I was unable to...

The manager was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with! I was friendly and polite and gave no reason to be treated as rude as i was. She proceeded to get frustrated as i added thing to my order for my husband, son, daughter and myself . She was the only person behind the counter and when the other worker can in she whispered things about me and i heard her say this b.... came in and ordered a bunch of s...! She was friendly and welcomeing to others as they came in to makr ot seem as if its just me being upset for no reason. After she gave me my around 25$ dollar order i asked if i did something to upset her and be treated the way i was being treated she says nothings wrong and continued to be rude . I said and your the manager and she says yes . Another customer came in at that point and she was so polite to him and smiled i had to step out of the store and she started saying stuff about me. my husband then came into the store to help me get our coffee and food . Hes coffee was undrinkable and very weak and was supposed to have a turbo shot ...the manager says our machine is broken its just powder mixed in ....but we didnt want to even deal with anything else at the point .... never again! It seemed like the worker that came in from her break tried to make up for how rude her manager was. Horrible service !! I would give the manger a negative...

absolutely disgusting if I could give 0 stars I would let's go over why. 1st of all, the bathrooms: in the woman's room, there was no -soap -toilet paper and the hand dryer was completely broken. when we told the staff about this, they responded with "nah I'm not refilling the toilet paper or the soap because people keep taking it." like I think that was absolutely ridiculous. 2nd of all, the service: I ordered a sweetened iced tea with lemon and the woman said straight up to my face "we got no lemon". so she gives me the iced tea and it was completely bitter. we asked her to remake and she gave attitude. she said a million times that they don't have what I wanted. they were missing tons of flavors.not to mention my boyfriend tried to order from Baskin and Robbins and there was a big sign that said closed, and we watched a worker scoop ice cream for her self then walk into the back to eat it. 3rd of all, the food: there were flies flying throughout the place landing on the donuts etc. and when I asked for some food she told me no bc they didn't have any. then confessed they did have the food but the oven didn't heat it and it would be cold.

overall my experience here was horrible. it was a very sad way to start off my vacation....
