When is the last time you waited 45 mins for a small cup of ice cream?? Exactly! Save your Money and just go to Baskin Robins Smh. My first and last time coming here. Sat there after seeing customers that came after me served. I finally went to the window and explained that I had been waiting for a while. A young man decided it was just easier to lie and say they called my order out 4 times and that was when the look on my face seem to have gotten things moving. Smh a few customers around that were waiting with me all said no he never called your order out which I already knew *Butter pecan. So another young lady came up and said that she apologized and that there was only machine working which is understandable however, I was confused as to why I saw roughly 4 customers that came after me served before me. To top this all off as they were finally rushing to make my order, the girl accidentally put fudge on mines and I had to wait another 5 mins. After waiting for that to be remade, apparently there was someone else that ordered the same thing so another employee gave my order away which made me had to wait another 5 mins. What can I say except we have been coming here for about 10yrs they have changed management and it really shows the staffing have no patience my final straw was when one of the employees became rude with my four year old nephew and my mother ignoring them both after they received their icecream my nephew wanted sprinkles first this irritated our server you could see it she said it will be extra and we had to go back to the original window we were absolutely fine with that but when my nephew requested a cup to go with his cone because he wanted to copy his grandma's Sunday strawberry banana the young lady turned away and closed the window refusing to answer my mother's, nephew and myself call everyone all four or five people inside ignored us and when I slid the small window to the side the young lady flew the window berating us in front of the other customers. My mother and nephew absolutely adore soft ice cream please believe I will find somewhere else to provide them and my other family members . The Ice cream is Always awesome!! But this Review goes to the MANAGER at this location in Dumfries!!!! Tonight my sister and I took our kids to get some tasty Ice Cream, while a older man in a motorcycle stopped by to beg us for money, $13 dollars to be exact lol. The Manager, quickly stepped in and kindly made him back off. My sister and I decided just to leave as it was late and they were about to close anyways. Right after walking to our car with all our children, the older man decides to follow us to the car and the Manager quickly stepped in again and made him get back on his Harley bike and drive off. This dude was really sketchy. I tried to go back to see and get the managers name but he must’ve been really busy. I want to give a big shout out to you sir!!!
