Worst McDonalds of Prince William County. Out of the 10 Mcdonalds in the county this gets the gold medal for worst fast food restaurant. One of my biggest pet peeves is slow service through the drive-thru or inside, especially when there's only 2 cars in line ahead of you. Let's say this, I placed my order after waiting 5 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to order. Here's the kicker, they had 2 lanes for ordering, I picked the wrong one because 2 other people ended up passing me in line. Ordering by numbers doesn't make it any easier here since the person taking my order heard a number 7 value meal instead of a number 3. I know I mumble but seven and three are no way similar! I am glad I asked the pleasant girl to go over my order before moving into the payment and pickup process. Once we corrected the mistakes and I only ordered a #3 value meal! Anyway, like I said, I am in the payment/pickup phase with 2 cars ahead of me. After 5 minutes, we were down to one car ahead. Ten minutes later we're still waiting for the McDs employees to give the car in front of me their order. The people in line behind me were restless too because two other customers laid on the horn to show their discuss with customer service. I had enough, and pulled out of line before paying for my food. This is the second time I have left this McDonalds due to poor service. Please note, there were no customers inside. Maybe some of the employees robbed the till and were over at Rosie's slot machines. Ridiculous! that a McDonalds with at least 5 employees can't handle orders faster than 1 every 15 minutes. Read moreOn Saturday, 13 February 21 my wife and I went to this drive through to place a fairly simple order. The drive through attendant seemed to be distracted and annoyed by the noise that was going on in the background and couldn’t take our order. My wife repeats the order and the attendant proceeds to say “what?” as if she was annoyed. When we got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager and told her that her attendants tone was very rude and the noise in the background did not make things any better. We requested our money back and the manager was quick to refund it.
While the immediate problem of getting the money returned was resolved quickly, the overall issue of bad customer service is an ongoing trend in the fast food industry. We spend our hard earned money in places that don’t respect those that pay for the food they offer us. I personally refuse to spend another dime in a place that does not have the decency to give the customers the stellar service they deserve.

All of the kiosk machines were down, so I tried to make a mobile order. It said that there was an error trying to make the order, and that I needed to go talk to a person that worked there. The lady at the front used her finger to point at me and told me to come up, when I went up there, I tried to explain that I placed a mobile order and the payment went through, but it said there is an error on the app and I needed to talk to an employee. She said OK, but I needed to wait. Why call me up with your finger , very rude if may say, if you were gonna tell me, I needed to wait? I was in a rush, so I didn’t feel like waiting.
