Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Dunbar

Today November 7th approximately 1hr. Ago,I dialed Gino's on Fairlawn ave to order a salad my call x5 went unanswered,so I wanted the salad as it was conveniently located on my way! As I stood at the counter I spoke with a caucasian man and waited politely while he waited on another lady..I'd advised him that my call went unanswered..here where I felt I was being PROVOKED! So I stated perhaps the high winds interfered and the lady customer agreed but the man behind the counter were becoming defensive and a bit agitated as he beginning to declare he'd seen my calls spoke my name on the caller ID and the number of times I had caiied...taking the time to ask me where I lived even...which I absolutely refused to answer! A very nice young negro man went about and made my salad...the caucasian man..rung up my brownie and salad,then inserted my DEBIT CARD, into a handheld apparatus that didn't work..finally taking it over to the large screen register...he kept stated that nothing worked for unknown reasons today! My concern is theory about being PROVOKED and cops being called on me because of my race by someone who might feel threatened because I'm speaking back to them in a manner their race isn't accustomed too from their geographical living area! Don't necessarily by any means feel good about this one cafuffle as I've not experienced...

I have ordered from Gino’s for year’s. The last 6 months has been awful service and pizza. Tonight I ordered a pizza that I had a coupon for a 16”pizza with 2 toppings and any 10 piece order of wings as I did about a month ago. They delivered it then but this time they said it was for pickup only. Exp.5/31/19 It has nothing on the coupon about picking it up. It does say delivery charges may apply. We knew that. They would not deliver and said it was pick up only I also talked to Harley and he said the order was only for pick up. If it is for pick up only it needs to have it wrote on the coupon !!!!!!!!!! I wasn’t the only person that had called with the coupon and turned away. I have also noticed the dirty uniforms they are wearing. Maybe a new GM is needed. This will be the last time I will ever order from Gino’s !!!!!!!!!! As they have turned to poop ( Being Nice ) I have a copy of the coupon should you need a copy.

VERY DISSATISFIED! For starters, the restaurant was out of chicken at lunch time on a Saturday. Things happen, I understand. Due to this, my wife decided to eat elsewhere. I still chose to eat there and asked for an order of cheese bread sticks and a 20 oz pop. A very simple order yet the man at the register was EXTREMELY rude thorough the entire process. The place wasn't Even remotely busy at the time. While waiting for my meal, the restaurant filled up. After 30 minutes and watching literally everyone who came in after me get their meal, a lady who works there came and asked me what I had ordered. This was when they STARTED making it. I had been sitting in full view of the man at the register the entire time and nothing was said until this point. After 40 minutes total, I told them to just bring me my food to go as I had to quickly eat it in my car before my class started back up. I will NEVER return to this...
