This place really could use a good cleaning and maintenance. The staff were friendly. The food was mediocre, higher priced based on the quality of the food which may rival Sheetz burgers and hot dogs. Speaking facetiously, the sweet tea could probably put a diabetic in the hospital. The bathroom was dirty and the floors really need to be swept and mopped. The floor where it meets the baseboard is dirty showing this has been a long term issue.
Edit after company response: Somehow the multiple photos I posted with dirty bathroom and maintenance issues in the dining room no longer appear. These are valid and important so others know the condition of the place. Cleanliness is a very important factor in determining where to frequent.
Regarding telling me to go to your website to report the cleanliness? Thank you for the offer of, "making this right" but I'd rather hear about how you plan to improve the cleanliness and maintenance. I'll pass on submitting additional information on...

My mom’s order was wrong but she didn’t mind she ate it anyway (she wishes she hadn’t.)
My biscuit had a hair in it which I ignored because it’s going to happen sometimes. But then a few minutes later I found TWO MORE hairs in the same sandwich. Not sure how that happens.
Within 30 minutes my mom was very ill with a very upset stomach. Running to the bathroom every few minutes. She was the only one who ate sausage on her biscuit for whatever that is worth.
She called the store later and spoke to a manager who told her well she needs to call the home office and they’ll want her “medical records and hospital bill”. She wasn’t calling to get anything. She didn’t go to the hospital. She just wanted to inform the store they may have some bad meat/food. The manager didn’t care or apologize. She said “sorry we got your order wrong”. No mention of the hair or bad food. We love Tudor’s but would probably choose another location where the managers care about...
Read moreI was so excited to try this place! Anything biscuits is always worth trying. What a HUGE disappointment! With a long drive ahead of us after an event, we decided to grab breakfast on the road. We went to their drive thru and apparently she didn't hear half of our order. Hubs has to go back inside twice. We got their biscuits and gravy; bacon, egg and cheese biscuit; sausage, egg and cheese biscuit; and chicken biscuit. 6.5 hour drive so yeah we got a lot to hold us over but it was a waste of time and money. Their biscuits are dry and bland. The egg is just 1 small egg on a big biscuit, so you couldn't taste it at all. The gravy has no flavor. The sausage is also bland and it was mushy texture. We ended up only eating 1 biscuit sandwich each and threw out the rest. Sad to say we won't be returning and sticking to McDonald's breakfast if we are in...
