Had a great experience as usual. I’m a frequent customer but this is my first review. The upstairs drivers lounge is very comfortable with nice recliners, Big TV, bathroom, shower and free washer/dryer with detergent, fabric softener and coffee. Chargers for a few different devices on the desk. There’s windows overlooking the garage so you can see your truck being worked on. I did my laundry while I waited. They even bought drivers that had a long wait a sandwich from subway! Good people all around. Mechanic got the job done even when I was missing some of the bolts he needed. This is the only dealer I will go to if I can help it. The service and parts counter people are very good at what they do. They all work well as a team and seem to be happy working there unlike other places where people are fighting each other. They don’t need this review. After being jerked around 8+ weeks for some repairs on my Pete 365 at a shop near Asheville, I called Mike at the Pete store to see if they could help get my truck back on the road and making money. From the moment we talked on the phone, to dropping the truck off, we had clear communication the whole time and exceptional customer service! In almost every interaction and situation with mechanics, you can count on being mislead and over charged and being in the dark on what they’re doing. Due to most people’s ignorance on the details of mechanics, a lot of them take advantage of that by speaking “Chinese” to us and in our state just needing our stuff fixed we say yes or just go with it. Not one time in my experience with the Pete Store and my assigned rep, Mike, did I ever feel like any of this was happening. This is a top of the line shop. I am super grateful for the Pete Store and their value to the customers business...

I wish I could give 10 stars. In my life I have never been treated with such kindness and understanding. I was short on money for repairs. The service manager and everyone involved including the counter guys had a hand in putting my truck back together with no charge to help me on my bill. It started with the company I'm was leased on to... told me to go to The Pete Store and they ordered repairs. Halfway through repairs they said they were not paying for anything on a 10k bill. Thank you very much to everyone involved at The Peterbilt Store in Greenville. God sees what you did.... and it will not go unrewarded. God bless you all .. And thank you...
