Nina's Wing Bites & Pizza in Dunmore — Restaurant in Dunmore

I was reluctant to post anything on this site and also this is the first time in my almost 60 years of life I have done so. But it came down to what's right and what's wrong. I ordered the party pack which is 2 orders of wing bites and a pizza for a meal 40 dollars. Plus I ordered a third order of bites which brought my bill to like 55$. I ordered all the bites mild because of personal preference but mainly because of stomach issues. The bites were no where near being mild and that is 3 people that were beyond let down and left hungry because of stomach issues. I have NEVER ONCE called any restaurant to voice my displeasure and have been eating at Nina's since chestnut st. But after calling the restaurant and asking for the manager, I spoke to some young lady and was told that they recently changed their sauce and it is what it is. I WAS SHOCKED!!! I don't want anything that's not mine and I will NEVER look for a hand out. But after looking forward to something that my family and I have enjoyed for years and years and getting the response that it is what it is and I have to take it on the chin!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!! And if you changed your sauce I would have liked that you let people know that. It's allot of money and just take it on the chin and very disheartening knowing that the customer definitely isn't right even when they been ordering food for 30...

So today was my final decision that I am completely done with Ninas. In the last 6 months I order about 7 times and the food has just gotten worse with each order. The square pizza use to be my favorite in town until I ordered it and every time it was so undercooked and soggy that the pizza would literally bend right down your arm while holding it in your hands. Just hoping it was a bad day I order hoping I would get the same pizza I loved but nope last 5 times ordering I received the same thing that is until I ordered today. I hoped it would not be soggy this time and I got exactly what I hoped for. I received a square pizza that looked and tasted 2 days old, no flavor and hard as a rock. I feel like they threw broccoli on a old stale pizza they had laying around. I was unable to even swallow it. They said it would be done in 45 mins. I arrived in 40 mins and got a cold and stale pizza when I got home (I live 2 blocks away) We ordered Nina's a lot at work also but not anymore. Everyone use to love their wings. Our office wanted to order delivery from the Dunmore location, but we weren't sure if they deliver to the area of our new location. I called to find out and was told they do, so I told the girl I would be calling back with an order. We had a rather large order from multiple staff members. When I called back, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told they don't deliver to this address. They only deliver to The North side of the street, which is 4 blocks up the road. I explained to the girl that we had called and were told they would deliver. She said they won't but we could use a delivery service. Our office is 1.9 miles from their location. The food is usually good but not good enough to pay fees on top of delivery and tip for a large order. The staff is always rude at this location.
