I recently arranged a catered lunch through Broad Street Deli for a conference we were having in the area. and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! The team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering great suggestions for the menu and accommodating the size of group with ease. On the day of the lunch, everything arrived on time, hot, and beautifully presented. I think the potato salad is delicious, until I find hunks of rotten, black potato in it. The first time it happened, I overlooked it because anyone can miss one piece of rotten potato and it was after all, very tasty. The second time, I complained. The third time, a friend of mine that had picked up the order and is a 100% fan, brought it back and returned with an order that had no black, rotten hunks of potato. This time, is the last time I will be spending my money here. This time the piece of black, rotten potato was in clear and plain sight through it's serving container when I took the serving out of the bag. This leads me to believe that whoever is cutting and mixing the potatoes for the salad is not paying attention and that concerns me as to what else may be finding it's way in there that I have not noticed. If you’re looking for a delicious, healthy, and very well priced alternative to all the fast food options in Dunn or off I95 in general, I would thoroughly suggest you grab some food from here! I had the Veggie Favorite sandwich on whole wheat with melted Brie and added hummus. It was awesome! 🤩 My husband had the Club. He enjoyed it, but wished he had chosen the croissant instead of whole wheat. 😅 It took a while for our take out order, but that was certainly not a reflection of their service.
