I ordered food through the Taco Bell app. Upon delivery, we were missing some food and all of our drinks. This order total was $60 worth initially. When calling Taco Bell, they told me that I needed to contact DoorDash Because even though I ordered it through their app and they got the proceeds, DoorDash were the ones that delivered it. When contacting DoorDash, they told us they couldn’t do anything about it, That I would have to call the Taco Bell 800 number to speak with somebody about getting re-delivery or a refund. The woman from DoorDash stated that they did not make any proceeds other than the delivery fee and this is why I would have to call the Taco Bell number. Now, the only reason I did not go out in public to get my own food was because I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday. After calling the Taco Bell 800 number as directed, anfter one ring an automatic message started stating that they were closed until Monday. I called the Taco Bell location explain to them the situation. The option I was presented was in order to get my items that were missed, I would have to drive all the way To Taco Bell to get the items. I will be calling Taco Bell to get a refund hopefully Monday. Unfortunately, even through drive-through, this is not the first time that items have been missing. Although the drinks were missing due to the driver forgetting them, the items in the bag were completely on Taco Bell. I would also like to add the quesadilla was completely smashed into a bundled mess because it was put in the bag sideways while hot squishing the quesadilla in a pile of mess. Read moreWe had a large order to fill for 13 people. We placed the order online at 12pm that same day to be picked up at 5 pm. We got there at 5:15pm and was told to pull forward. They then gave us our drinks and told us to park in the front and they would bring out our meal. After sitting there for 30 minutes. I went inside to find out what was going on. They said oh they are making it now. Again we had ordered it to be ready at 5pm. It now was 5:45pm and still had yet to receive it. At 6pm, I was handed our meal. The lady said she had made it earlier and since it had sat there so long they threw it away. I informed her that we were only 15 mins late. I told her unless you made it extremely early which I highly doubt, I think you overlooked the order and forgot about it. I told her It shouldn't take 1 hour to make 24 taco's, 24 burritos, 3 12 packs of Cinnabon Delights and 11 Cinnamon Twists. We didn't even have a complicated order. The food was horrible. The meat was mushy and the Cinnabon Delights were cold. This was the worst experience at a Taco Bell. You would think they would have given a discount for their mistake or offered to give some drinks for free or give us a discount for the next time we ordered. But nope they lied to my face.
