Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Dunsmuir

We ordered this pizza 45 minutes away while driving on I-5 in a 2500HD long bed and a 26 foot toyhauler headed to Lapine Oregon. When we arrived 40ft long we had to wait another 20 minutes for the pizza to get done. 4 other poeple inside maybe it was busy for a small town. Pizza Factory in my experience was alway good. Picked up the pizza and headed back out to I-5 to hwy 97. To my surprise when we got on the highway the pizza was soggy and poor garlic cheese bread. When I called I was put on hold- heard the phone picked up with voices in the background than put back on hold twice. 8 minutes latet finally answered to the phone. Then I had to explain myself 3 times(soggy pizza and non garlic cheese bread).? The lady on the phone stated she would replace the order. There was no turning around had already made it through 20 minutes of traffic and it was both sides due to construction . Jeannie stated she would put me on the list for order replacement. 6 days later I made it back to get a non-soggy pizza and garlic cheese bread. Surprise I wasn't on a list and had to wait while an employee went top secret in the back room to call Jeannie to verify. So again put on ignore. Employee stated that Jeannie is only authorized the pizza. OK. So her word isn't gold. While standing there being treated like a liar to my surprise her name is on the business card as OWNER. It was hard for me to understand why I got jerked around by the owner. I will never stop there again and if you're a traveler and you want Pizza Factory try another town. While I was standing there reading that they were open since 1986 and all their commendations on the wall it was really hard for me to understand why an owner would treat me in such a manner. Never again will they receive...

We were driving from Los Angeles to Washington and on our way we got a flat, we were already hungry and the Fwy showed us to a tire shop on our way we saw the pizza sign, many places were closed because of the snow so we called before to place the order, they were very polite over the phone I walked down to pick up the pizza from the tire shop and we loved the place, so small and cozy. When we got there we were welcomed with a smile, out pizza was not ready yet but I got there before so I waited, they told me they had a game room upstairs if we wanted to go while we waited they could turn on the machines. We didn't play because we were just picking up but my ni ce had to use the bathroom,so we went upstairs and indeedthey had a little arcade Bathrooms were small but clean We finally got our pizza and it was very good, like very good We got a pepperoni jalapeño pizza, the size is good we got a Large and 5 of us ate Next time we go back to Washington, we are definitely stopping...

I went to the pizza factory in Dunsmuir California and it might just be the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The pizza was definitely better than I expected but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.we ordered online and then called to make sure they had received our order but when we tried to call their phone was not working,luckily our air b and b was about 1 lock away so we went down to pick our pizzas up.but when we got there they had our order but they forgot about it.they made the first pizza relatively quickly(this was only a 4 slice pizza).our other pizza was a 6 slice pizza I believe, and they forgot about that one after they had made our first pizza!so we had to wait probably 40 minutes just to get a small pizza! Over all I think this was a terrible experience and very rude employees I will not be ordering from...
