I thought Kipo (or whatever the drivers name is) was going to attack me tonight! I tried to order online but had issues (always worked for Peachtree Corners Location) so I called in. I paid for my food upon entering. Betty rushed to show me my pizza that was horrible to the eye. I will include pics but I had the regular dinner box, cheese pizza, cinnamon sticks and upgraded cheese sticks. The cinnamon sticks only had cinnamon in the middle, the cheesesticks (that I paid an up charge for) lacked cheese and wasnāt cut, the pizza looked like it fell. As Iām explaining to Betty what Iām observing she stares me down the whole time NEVER looking in the box. I asked her can she look at it to see my concern. She said āI donāt need to look at it bc I cut itā I said well can you add more cinnamon itās really lacking some. She took it to the back returned and showed me again. I really didnāt want to complain bc I just wanted to get decent food and go. I could not overlook this messy pizza, I lifted up a slice and asked her what was that (pointing at a weird spot on the pizza) Betty didnāt glance at the pizza, Kipo-driver yelled āwhy are you touching it for, either you want it or you donāt.ā This lead me to believe if I didnāt keep it that they would try to resell it or take it home. I explained to him that this was my pizza that I had already paid for and Iām trying to see if itās worth keeping. Betty still never looking at the food pulled the box back and pressured me to choose between getting my money back or WAITING AGAIN for them to make it over stating that itās 11:06. I told her while reaching for the box āIāll take it bc itās late but they should make it right the first time (while explaining the issues & pointing them out) She pulled the box from my hands and repeated to pressure me to pick (previous question). I said āmaāam can I have my pizza? I already paid for it, why are you pulling it away from me?ā After repeating this she finally gave me my pizza back. I really wish I drove a little further away to go to the Peachtree Corners location. Iām currently picking at the nonquestionable parts to try and eat it. Clearly the dough was not done prepping bc itās hard, thin and out of its ordinary shape. Itās looks like it was made using homemade dough. I will not be returning EVER so I donāt want a store credit but I will contact corporate for my refund and to advise of this sad, unprofessional and nasty experience. The review score of 2 speaks accurately! I didnāt speak on customer service bc there wasnāt any. The third guy just looked on. I really hope that they have cameras bc I canāt make this up! The corporate office is closed, and I am not happy. My name is Brittany Hanson, and I just had the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant. I ordered a custom pizza online through your website, as I have done a few times before, and choose the restaurant closest to me, Winter's Chapel. When the delivery guy gets here, we pay and close the door. Open the pizza to find a smashed up piece of greasy garbage, so I called the location. I spoke with a lady who said the driver would bring a new one.
After the new one arrived, we opened the new pizza, and it was still very greasy but was at least not smooshed. We began eating the pizza and began to realize that it was gooey and not cooked on the bottom of the crust. It was sticking to the box, and the crust was not cooked at all.
I then called the location back and asked to speak to a manager. The girl (same one from earlier) proceeded to let me know that she was the manager. I told her the same thing as above, and she goes on to say that she "cut the pizza herself and knows it was done before it left." I then asked how the pizza could be uncooked by the time it got here if she knew it was cooked when it left. This argument went on for a few minutes, and I am simply amazed by how this situation is being handled. She then begins asking me "well, miss Brittany, do you want ANOTHER pizza then!?" Hell no to that. She began laughing at me. I then thanked her for her WONDERFUL service and hung up.
This is absolutely horrible customer service, and I cannot believe that a manager would argue with and laugh at a CUSTOMER. I will say it again - I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a restaurant or customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a large pizza and I specifically said āPlease cut in triangles, where it said square cutsā but I received square cuts, I was disappointed but I understand mistakes happen but I wanted them to fix it so I called the store and asked them for a new pizza for they can pick up the one they delivered. The man on the phone, named Baba, which by the way I donāt believe thatās his real name and he refused to give me his last name. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was arguing with me and wouldnāt let me explain what I had to say but he was screaming and yelling at me and telling me that I shouldnāt have put the instructions on there and that the person that cut the pizza was confused. I asked him if I can please talk because he wouldnāt even let me talk, he then said okay so then I told him that I understand that it was a misunderstanding and that I just want this misunderstanding corrected. He said he will put $5 back in my account. Since he wasnāt understanding or willing to correct their mistake I asked him to speak with a manager and he told me he was the manager. So, when I told him either correct the mistake or refund me my money he told me he isnāt authorized to do so, when I asked him why not, he said heās not the manager. Forget, about the unsatisfying experience but I was yelled and screamed at by this āBabaā person and I am the nicest person you can ever meet, but now Iām literally upset that I am willing to go above and beyond to make sure that Baba doesnāt treat any other customers the way he treated me, after I submit...
